WORST EVER
Extremelly bad connection and support from the day that sold as a company really bad support noone answers the phone and the live chat is the worst and also the support is comning after 5 days
Customer service is their biggest flaw
Customer service is their biggest flaw. At any time you will have to wait at least 45 minutes to get your answer. They frequently change their servers and there was one time they forgot to update my nameservers so my websites were down for 2 days and it was a complete disaster for me. I had 5 different shared hostings on papaki and I moved them all to a different company. Now I only use papaki as a domain registrar. Even an employee of theirs told me about their subsidiary company (tophost.gr). I haven't tried it but at least their support is better.
Simply, don't do this to yourself and your company
I have used Squarespace for years and never had a problem. Everything runs smooth and instantly from the time you make the payment. Unfortunately, this time I had to go with papaki as Squarespace doesn't support .gr. We bought the domain and Professional Web-builder that gives you 20 emails. I set up two emails on Plesk as per the instructions. However, the webmail link doesn't work and therefore I cannot use the business email which is the reason I bought the domain in the first place. So I had to contact the customer service. I firstly emailed them but I had no luck. Then I called them being in the queue for 1.5h with no luck either. Lastly, I thought to use the web chat. From the moment I stated the issue with screenshots and copy to the moment I got an answer it took 2.5h. Of course the answer was irrelevant. The person I was chatting to didn't even know the plan I have bought or if they have activated the service. Every irrelevant response was taking 40min. I am still waiting in the same chat (3.5h later) and still no word about the issue, how to fix it or who is going to fix it. This is ridiculous, humiliating and unprofessional. I have wasted my money and so much time dealing with this appalling company and its no-existent Customer Service and Support Centre.
The worst support ever
The worst support ever . They do not answer to phonecalls , their chat is dead and they do not answer back to my emails . I have a problem with my nameservers .
Really sad , avoid this business .
