It is a reliable company, with very friendly staff willing to serve the customer and with great knowledge of the subject matter being dealt with.

Nothing really bad. When the two years subscription ended, they didn’t have a competitive package to offer. Transfer to other hosting company was the only way to go. I wish they had given me a better offer to renew. I would not leave…

Stay away from TopHost!!! They are by far the worst hosting company. There is no tech support, Nobody EVER picks up the phone, nobody answers emails, nobody answers the tickets.

Well... they have some ups and downs but find one who hasen't. They are getting beter and they try hard for it. I am lots of years with them and to be honest i like their services.

If something goes wrong nobody will go and fix it. The technical support will say 'if you don't like it, do not renew your account'. So they take your money and run away...
Plus, if you buy a domain from them expect that it will work on half of the available providers. Horrid service. Avoid as a plague.

The worst company you can buy for hosting...Technical support is the worst you can find and they can't help in any problem just sent you the articles so you can solve the problem...

I'm using Top.Host's VPN and Dedicated Servers for a few years now and I couldn't be more happier with the stability and speed provided. They don't provide 24/7 support, which is bad if you're facing problems during their closed hours, but few was the times that I needed them. Their VPS and Dedicated Servers are a "must-have" for every website owner who wants the best of it's website's speed. Value for money!
