If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. Ordered two products - received one of the products (the Anxiety Bookshelf) which was absolute garbage -shoddily made and nothing like the images. The second product (the Bay Bookshelf) never arrived. I endeavoured to liaise with the company for a refund and got nowhere. Do not purchase items from this company.
Total scam. Never got the goods that I purchased. Never got an answer.
I purchased a jumpsuit that was inferior material and not the same color as as in the advertisement. They’re telling me it will be too expensive to return it to them and then offer me five dollars and I spent $48. Stay away from this company. The Better Business Bureau needs to get involved in this.

What a scam company! There is no customer service or contact details on the website to query anything.
They use photos and descriptions of products from other websites but then sell you a really cheap inferior version. My husband brought me an art field box which was described as walnut and leather but Pantry Fox sent a cheap wooden box with foam lining in the top that wasn’t even stuck in properly. He had to pay quite a lot in postage to send it to the UK and so slow delivery. Really poor.
Avoid Pantry Fox at all costs.
A complete scam:
'Fedora wool hat' came in
- wrong material (synth/cotton instead wool)
- wrong size (xxl ordered, arrived in m)
- wrong provenience ( advertised as made in italy, came with label 'made in China')
- insufficient packing ( promised shipping in a cardboard box, arrived mangled in a plastic bag) After a couple of e-mails this company still denies responsibility and refers to supplier. Offers only 5$ 'compensation on what had cost me 34$.
