I have had very poor luck this last…
I have had very poor luck this last time. I have in the past few years gotten a handful or products. I was sold a TopCase that I was told would fit my Liberty 150. It as an aftermarket case. Well, I am 64, and not a bike tech at all. I trusted them that the case would work. The video they have showed it would fit that was posted. Well, after trying for two hours, it was clear from what we saw, the hardware, and the drawings of the makers directions sheet I have to find on the web as it came with no instructions, it was clear what was sent will not fit. So, I sent an email, and a few picture's, I was told I should figure something out. They saw 3 holes! The hardware called for four securing points for the ability to hold the weight securely. Well, it seems maybe they did not understand. I wrote with a little more detail. And was ignored. I wrote again and get something of a smart ass reply from a guy named Kevin. He told in to figure it out and fabricate something! So, it seems that the case was NOT made for my scooter, and it sure is not as easy as the video shows by some guy named "Robot". I was told to be creative. I am sorry, I am 64, have arthritis, not tools, have zero cycle skills. But accounting to the video it looked like something me and a guy from work could do. I also bought a windscreen, and that want on with no problems.
I will after this last smart assed email from Kevin deal with them again. I will just pay the extra and let the dealer her do it. But I am rather shocked at this. I thought better of them. I had good luck on the last.
My advice, if you are a do it your selfer, have limited tools, and not a tech, do not buy from them any genetic parts. Get parts made for YOUR scooter and look it up to make sure. Based on my experience, they have little respect for the customer, and expect you to have a high level of ability.
