Avoid purchasing light system
I purchased a light system from this company. Paid £100 for it. The light system was rubbish and not worth the money. Can get better from Amazon for half the price. I contacted panel hub as the lights also didn’t sit inside the panels without sliding down (no clips). Panel hub advised me to use glue at first but I pointed out I shouldn’t have to glue them in. Eventually they said they would send another system to rectify this. They arranged for the lights to be collected and new system delivered. However, it was the exact same light system with same issue. I asked for a refund and had to send the lights back. Cost me £11 using dpd. No refund& when I contacted panel hub they said the lights were damaged when they received the package and wouldn’t be issuing a refund. Told me I had to claim through DPD. I’m now battling with DPD because they said the lights had no internal packaging to protect the item. I sent the lights in the same package they arrived in and there wasn’t any internal packaging. So I’ve ended up £111 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. If you want lights for your panels, I’d advise you to go elsewhere.

Thank you for your review. We’re genuinely sorry to hear you’re unhappy with the outcome, however we do need to clearly and accurately address the points raised so there is no misunderstanding.
To clarify the sequence of events:
You initially contacted us regarding the LED lighting system not sitting correctly within the panels. As advised, these systems are designed to be fitted using adhesive, as they are not clip-in components. While installation methods can vary depending on the application, we still offered a goodwill solution and arranged a full replacement to try and resolve your concerns.
When the replacement was delivered, it was the same correct system as originally supplied, as this is the only compatible lighting unit for that panel range. At that point, you requested a return and refund, which we accepted.
The item was returned to us via DPD. Upon receipt, the product was inspected, and it was found to be physically damaged in transit. We immediately documented this with photographs and shared them with you. The damage was consistent with transit handling, and importantly, the packaging used for the return did not include any internal protective materials such as bubble wrap, foam, or equivalent cushioning to secure the LED unit inside the box.
For clarity, the product left our warehouse in fully working condition and appropriately packed. The condition in which it was received back shows clear signs of impact damage that occurred during transit, not prior to dispatch.
As the return was arranged by courier, responsibility for goods in transit during the return journey sits with the courier service used. This is standard procedure across all retail and logistics operations. For this reason, we advised you to raise a claim directly with DPD, as the evidence provided (including the POD and images of the bent LED housing) clearly indicates transit damage.
We understand this is frustrating, but we must also be fair and factual: the item was not received back in a resaleable condition, and the damage occurred while in the courier’s possession, not ours.
We always aim to resolve issues fairly and have already gone beyond our standard process by arranging a replacement and assisting with the return. However, we cannot accept liability for damage caused in transit by a third-party courier service.
We’re sorry the experience has not met your expectations, but we stand by the facts of the case as outlined above.

Excllent company. Dark grey acoustic panels arrived just as stated. Perfect condition, excellent quality. I managed to get them installed easily and they look fantastic. For the price they are amazing. I wouldn’t tell them apart from ones three times the code at my local b and q.

Fantastic Experience
Fantastic experience from ordering to delivery, even received a follow up call to inform us of the delivery procedure the customer service lady was very professional even if she didn’t know the answer to our question she made an effort to find out for us. We ordered the outdoor corner sofa and have to say the quality is amazing you would easily pay £1500.00 more from any other company. I would not hesitate ordering from them again.

Excellent Customer Service and Product
Excellent customer service. As soon as I had placed an order online I received a phonecall from Panel Hub thanking me and explaining the next steps. I then received a text with order details and when I could expect delivery. On delivery day, tracking details were provided and updated in real time. Bogdan the delivery guy was excellent, ensuring everything was correct and undamaged before leaving.
Panels themselves are of great quality, can't believe they were 21 quid each. They look stunning when fitted.

Excellent product, price and customer service
Acoustic panels are very good quality and come in every finish you could possibly wish for. They constantly have offers on them so you can get a bargain if you time it right. They phone you up after placing the order to arrange a delivery day that suits you and the delivery drivers are really friendly and also phone you up when they're on their way to let you know. There isn't anything more this company could be doing to offer the best customer service possible.

The ends that were sent out were NOT what i ordered but some cheap plast angle corner bead.
The lights were not compatible.
I spoke to panel hub who only acknoledged the end beads being wrong and they gave a part tefund.
All items were brandvnew and unused but they refused to let me return, even when i offered to take a 50/50 hitbon the cost, very poor customer service.
I ended up having to go to another company to purchase compatable lights ant buy a suitable end stop from another place.
Very disapointed with the lights and stop ends.

We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed with parts of your order, however we do need to be clear on the timeline and the support that was provided.
This order was placed in January, and the concerns were first raised on 7th April, which is well outside our 14-day returns period and also beyond our 30-day extended discretionary window. Because of this, we were no longer in a position to offer a standard return or exchange under our policy, particularly as product batches and compatibility can change over time.
Even so, we did not simply decline the request. We took the time to review the issues raised and offered a gesture of goodwill to help resolve the situation. This included a partial refund for the end trims once we acknowledged there had been a mismatch, despite the time elapsed since purchase.
In addition, as another gesture of goodwill, we also offered a further £20 refund towards the LED lighting, even though the lighting system itself is designed to be installed using adhesive within the panel channels and not as a clip-in component.
We want to emphasise that these goodwill offers were made voluntarily, outside of our standard policy, in an effort to reach a fair and reasonable resolution given the circumstances.
We’re pleased you were happy with the panels themselves, but we do feel it’s important to highlight that we did make multiple goodwill concessions to support you, even outside of the normal return timeframe.

I’m a carpenter by trade so use howdens a lot for my materials. I have been looking into using this panelling for several months , but have always been held back from the price even at trade price ! I discovered
Panel Hub and there prices. I went back into howdens joinery as they say they won’t be beaten on price ! Ie price match ! However after a long conversation they clearly would not price match to this company , and the manager even said he has no ideal how they can this acoustic panelling at this price , so told me I’d be crazy not to use panel hub ! Another carpenter came into the howdens joinery shop over hears the conversation and said - and I quote ‘ use panel hub there great and still have the same quality ‘
So I booked and ordered from panel hub , the delivery guy was amazing as not being home he moved all our bins so that be could place the boxed panels behind under cover ! I’ve since opened the boxes as as true as the other customer to howdens joinery said , they are exactly the same quality . Couldn’t be happier I’ve saved over £200 using panel hub , you’d be absolutely stupid not to order from this company . I will be spreading this news to all the other carpenters and tradesmen I work with as this is a gold mine for winning jobs on price
