Product is excellent quality. Delivery said 3-5 working days, it arrived within 2 which is next level! Even had a courtesy call after I placed my order to say they had received it which I thought went that extra mile. Overall a great experience and would certainly look to use them again

Great panels
The panels arrived in time and the quality of the product was very good, I was a bit concerned before ordering at what the quality would be like due to the pricing but I can honestly say once the boxes were opened I was completely satisfued

Great store, great product
Great store. I ordered wooden slats for my soundproofed drum room, the frequencies in the room are a little crazy so they needed taming, i used 4 widths of the slat and PET wall to do this. Delivery was really speedy and i received a follow up call just after placing my ordered. Installation was very straightforward and the panels work very well as diffusers. Thanks!

Great company to deal with. Sometimes retailers have issues about shipping large items to Belfast but Panelhub delivered for the flat fee for all my panels which saved me a lot of cash from buying in B&Q etc..Great quality panels and looks amazing

Running a business is about trust, being honest and keeping a customer informed, also giving a customer accurate information. I ordered panels for a project in my home. I received an email saying they'll be delivered on a certain day.. That day comes, It's mid afternoon I haven't received any tracking information so I call them they then say they'll be delivered on a different day, I try to explain to them that the email they send me explicitly mentions they'll be delivered today. At this point I'm going around in circles with a customer service advisor, we then both agree I'll send the screenshots of the email they sent me, (because they don't have any record of that email them saying delivery will be today) They then sent me email back saying apologies there's been a mix up my panels will definitely be delivered today that's fine, I got a builder etc lined up to come tomorrow. After work I get home to find they haven't been delivered. I then call them today and now they're being delivered on Tuesday..

The delivery was incorrectly pulled from the run on our side, and to make matters worse, we then gave you conflicting information when you contacted us. That was our mistake entirely.
We also appreciate the knock-on impact this caused with your builder and the plans you had arranged around the delivery date. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient this has been, especially after you were reassured the panels would still arrive that day.
There’s no excuse for the confusion or the way this was handled, but please be assured we are reviewing what happened internally so we can prevent this from happening again.

I would highly recommend Panel Hub UK
I would highly recommend Panel Hub UK. I purchased 6 acoustic wall panels recently and would like to share my experience.
We were off to a good start with a speedy delivery, arriving at my doorstep just 2 days after I ordered! And the panels were sufficiently packaged to survive transportation and the delivery process. Also, the communication from Panel Hub was very good - I had an Email promptly after ordering giving me a delivery date and asking if I had any delivery instructions. When I advised of delivery instructions, I got a swift response from Panel Hub acknowledging this and the communication was clear and made it clear they had understood what I'd said.
As for the panels, they were of very good quality. There wasn't any variation in colour or grain across any of the panels in my order. The panels were easy to work with, easy to cut, and easy to install all of which I did by myself.
I spent a long time finding the right retailer to buy my panels from. In fact, I was initially hesitant to buy from here as it seemed all of the positive reviews were from reviewers with new accounts and this was their only review... As it happened, a colleague of mine made a purchase from here a couple of weeks ago and recommended them and so I decided to give them a try. And I am very glad I did. I am confident that you won't find better quality panels at a better price anywhere. And trust me, I did lots of research before purchasing!
Next purchase from Panel Hub UK will be bathroom panels. If the quality of these acoustic wall panels are anything to go by, then I will be more than happy.
One thing to add - it is probably worth getting end trims to go with the panels. I didn't think there was enough info on the Web Site to influence me to buy the end trims, and nobody mentioned it in the review so I didn't bother. However, just at one end of the wall where I've had to cut the panel to size vertically, I imagine an end trim would have just made a really neat finish. Don't get me wrong, it's nice enough without. But now it's up I can see how the end trim would have improved the finish. So that is my recommendation, and maybe Panel Hub could add a bit more info and example pics online which would probably benefit them as much as customers...
But yeah, thoroughly recommended retailer.

Ordered a number of panels now from The Panel Hub. Ordered Gold, Bronze and outdoor panels.
2 of the Bronze panels arrived damaged but were replaced very quickly. Sent emails to the company which responded to and dealt with that day.
Products are great quality and at a great price.

The panels were well priced, good quality and excellent delivery available
The panels were well priced, delivered quickly (with the premium delivery option) and we're good quality. There was only 1 small corner damaged out of 7 panels which is good going and not really an issue as there is always some cutting needed so the damaged bit could be cut off. They also phoned me as soon as I placed the order to confirm delivery and they were delivered bang on when they said it would be. All round excellent and would use again.
