New Front Door
We had a new front door made and fitted and we absolutely love it!!! Terry and Adrian installed it and were brilliant. They did an excellent job and offered some really great advice too. Couldn’t be happier with the result. We get loads of comments on it too! Thanks guys.

Great experience with P&P!
We had all the windows and French doors in our house fitted by P&P. From start to finish, we found their service to be very professional and of top quality, and we are very happy with the overall result. Gary helped us (patiently!) with advice around our choices and selection, and the fitters, Brandon and Billy, were really friendly, polite, helpful, professional and completed all the work to a very high standard. They are very knowledgeable and experienced, and came back to finish a few snags with no hesitation. We would highly recommend P&P and would work with them again without hesitation.

Choosing our front door design was so important; we wanted it to be in keeping with our Art Deco 30's house. P&P were fabulously supportive and patient whilst we came to our decision, volunteering ideas and compromises to come within our budget. We changed our minds a few times prior to ordering, and nothing was too much trouble. Once confirmed, the process went smoothly with regular communication and the installation was first class. Wooden French doors and windows
The window fitters employed for my job were excellent. I was reliant on P&P to get the specification right for my job but found that the specification was not what I was told it would be. I also found that the measuring process was lacking as my French doors are shorter in height than they should have been despite my raising this as an issue with the CEO when I received the final drawings. So in summary a little disappointed as I expected more from P&P than I felt was delivered by a premium product provider.

When I visited during your installation, I explained that the products were manufactured exactly to the specification detailed in both the quotation and the contract. I’m genuinely sorry if any aspect of this caused confusion. We always aim to ensure our clients feel completely informed throughout the process.
Regarding the French doors, we did review the dimensions together after the survey. I clarified that the height was set to match the original frame and that an installation tolerance was required to ensure a proper fit. Adrian and Terry also discussed this with you during fitting and demonstrated that increasing the height would have prevented the doors from being installed correctly.
We feel the completed installation looks fantastic, and I’m truly sorry that you feel disappointed in any way. As a team, we work extremely hard to deliver a first-class product and service, and we take your feedback seriously.

French doors
I ordered new French doors and a fixed door to replace 3 bifold doors which had been leaking for some while. The old doors were removed and the new doors fitted in one day with the minimum of disruption. The work was carried out in a very professional manner with very little remedial decorating to the surround required. I am very happy with the outcome and the new doors are much admired.

Very disappointing installation
Very disappointing installation, the fitters were rude. And the wood surround for the doors took an extra week to arrive so fit not complete in one day. Doors/windows are excellent quality but sadly I won’t use them again

Very good overall very friendly staff , they cleaned up as well.
They had to return to put a strip of trim on the door, but that was my preference not anything they did. They had completed a lot of work previously for us and thats why we went back to them.
