Small parts and frames delivered to Europe

I purchased an OVERFAST Light Carbon crankset in December 2025 and a Permanent C10 bottle cage with a Panda water bottle set in January. Unfortunately, I can't say exactly how long the delivery to the EU took, but I didn't find it too long – perhaps three weeks, which met my expectations. The products are excellent, and the communication is first-class. In February, I ordered a Quick Pro AR:One Carbon road bike frame and can't wait to unpack and build it up. Overall, a very reliable and trustworthy company with friendly and helpful staff.

I had ordered the previous year’s model, by mistake and Tom corrected my mistake in no time. Also queries about frame size was answered promptly. I ordered a wheelset and frame Evolve Cima. The labelling on the boxes saved me a lot of money on import duties. That was unexpected and really appreciated. I love the new bike. Feels like cheating. So responsive and light. Can’t wait to place an other order this time for a gravel bike.

Great range of the latest goodies. Purchased a set of farsports which are great wheels, but the rest of the purchasing process was handled perfectly by Panda Podium. Got great advice prior to purchase and shipping packaging and associated timelines were about as quick as you could ever hope for. Would happily use again.

I bought the overfast aero cranks and am back looking at buying the quickpro ER:one through panda podium, it's been a great experience both times and panda podium are always willing to help with as much info as possible leading in to a purchase and are full of knowledge on compatibility between brands/products.

Bought a number of items over the past few years, best of which were CRW 2026 60/50 Wheels. Overall great interaction, advice and sharing of their real world testing experiences as well as Q&A on various specs/bearings etc. so overall highly recommended. Tracking isn't as clear as you'd ideally like (outside of their control), but everything arrived (to IRL-EU) in a short few weeks.
Would certainly buy again without hesitation.

I order Farsport Evo 5s and i would 100% buy them again from panda podium. The shipping and packaging was excelent and fast.

I purchased titanium thru Axels received the product within a reasonable time with a little gift thrown in was a nice touch !

The entire experience was fast easy. I was worried at first if my order would come in time or even at all but Panda communication and follow up was excellent and I am looking forward to getting some more upgrades to my bike!

I've ordered two sets of wheel, a crank, and handlebars from Joe and the team at Panda Podium. I've also had two other friends order products. Shipping and high volume times can sometimes effect shipping dates but everything always showed up. The team is helpful if you questions and custom parts. I had my handlebars fitted with custom spacers for my bike. Probably the best site to get Chinese bike products in a western country.

Ordered 165mm Cybrei carbon cranks for Shimano. Timely delivery, absolutely beautiful cranks. Did 16.000km in 9 months without any problems, still looking like new.

Super smooth experience purchasing from Panda Podium, super fast answers to any of your questions, they really take care of you. I purchased a 165 mm Cybrei carbon crankset and chain rings. Wonderful products, super light and beautifully worked, easy to assemble, put on and tune, work perfectly with my Ultegra di2 and my Evolve Cima.
All in all, I'll buy again from Panda Podium.
