I find the Pandapodium website very easy to use and well organized. The team is very responsive. When I had a question there were willing to help. The shipping is also very reliable. I my opinion the best place to buy cycling gear from china, because they test al the equipement you are sure that everything on the side is quality.

I have made several purchases with Panda Podium, it has been easy and quick delivery to Australia. I had a failure with an item and return and replacement was simply, one email with photos and replacement turned up in mail within a week.

Excellent communication from the team from start to finish, I ordered a custom paint Quick Pro and it arrived exactly how I requested. The frame is flawless and the ride quality is fantastic. Great service, value and amazing product.

Super easy ordering process and great value for the money. The Quick Pro Er: One has been an amazing bike and Cybrei/X-cadey crank has been super stiff and very reliable as a power meter.

Shipping can take a little bit of time but that was expected and planned for. Will definitely look at Panda Podium for future bike needs.

I ordered the famous Cybrei crankset from the Panda Podium website. Everything went smoothly. I contacted them before ordering to check some technical details (compatibility, shipping, and delivery): the team was responsive and efficient. A few weeks later, I received my beautiful crankset along with a tiny lovely gift ;). Seriously, I'm convinced that these guys are true experts in their field and that they offer only the best to their customers. Based on this experience, I will definitely order again (probably for my next frameset). Kudos to the Panda Podium team!

Super impressed with the buying experience from Panda Podium. I wanted to make purchase recently and my the payment would not go through at the checkout. I sent a message using the assistance feature the appears in the lower right, and I was able to talk through the issue and PP offered me a different payment route that worked readily. We even sorted out some more details associated with the order. It was all very much as if I was standing in a shop, talking to a sales person. Really appreciated the super service.

I made a purchase of Farsport s series wheels with ceramic bearings. Wheels are great! Rode them 3500 miles last year. Shipping was great! Note this was before someone implemented tariffs. I’m sure PP has something in place to help this situation but not clear it totally.

My communication with them went smoothly, and the order was shipped within the acceptable timeframe that had been agreed in advance. Out of many orders, there was one minor issue, but they immediately sent a replacement part, so it did not cause me any inconvenience. What I appreciate most is their strong warranty support — if any issue arises, they address it quickly and without delays.
