I want to arrange a refund instead of my requested exchange as it now won't come in time. I've been trying to contact them since before Christmas but I get no response, just an AI chatbot that directs me to the AI portal where there's no option to do this.
This company has no customer service, if anything goes wrong you're screwed basically.
Bought 3 items off P&Co - worn the trousers a few times and button has already come off, similar with the jacket a button has already come off and only bought in Sept- worn a handful of times.
Some of my friends have bought items based off seeing what I had, so feel bad for them now!
P&Co. is easily one of my favorite clothing brands-- I've purchased pants, shirts, jackets, and vests. The quality of everything I've bought is excellent, and it feels like it's going to last a lifetime. I'm a big fan of the style P&Co creates and always find inspiration from the outfits they put together on their website and IG.
I've had a couple of issues, but customer service has always responded promptly and been extremely helpful. For example, my most recent purchase was a pair of pants, and one of the buttons broke when I put them on for the first time. I emailed that night, received a response the next morning, and a new pair was shipped that day.
I'll be a long-term customer.
I placed an order around november 28th, correctly recieved it but the size was too small.
Requested an exchange, which was never processed.
As the product was getting out of stock, I ordered a new one directly and I'm now trying to turn my exchange into a refund but the customer service isn't replying to any of my emails.
Quality and style of products is good but the customer service is extremely poor and I am now trying to get 160€ refunded.
Obviously, no news on their instagram or facebook page either - I advise caution if you order from them as their customer service is really lacking - until I get a refund for my order and I change my opinion
Impossible to get a reply from customer service! Their instant bank transfer service does not work with returns. Can’t get them to process my return another way. Useless!
Ordered 3 pairs of pants. Very reasonable pricing and good quality. Wasn’t happy with the fit of one so sent it back. Service was exceptional.
I bought a shirt as a Christmas gift for my son-in-law and the 45 day return period expires on 27th December. I bought it early as stock was running out. The brilliant customer services have extended this for 2 weeks to enable me to give it at Christmas rather than at a pre Christmas get together that was cancelled due to flu. So helpful and understanding. It makes such a difference and I will certainly buy from them again m.

Downloaded app - like the clothing and ordered 2 tee shirts for family - quick response- happy with quality so then ordered hoodie - next purchase will be leather wax jacket in the New Year - good organisation with prompt service. Recommended.
I had ordered a pair of pants and a ribbed t-shirt. after looking on the website. the pants arrived with the seam of the pants pocket sown shut so your hand could not fit in it. small mistake but the support team was very helpful. I will be ordering with P&Co again the garments and fits are just that nice.

The quality of the products I’ve purchased are 99% very good, maybe overpriced, but on par with similar brands. Where I feel that there is an issue is what seems like a misallocation of resources. They have a massive engine behind their marketing and a customer service department that can’t even come close to keeping up. As the customer this is very frustrating. They’re essentially doing their best to capture as many new sales and customers as possible before setting up the proper infrastructure to support those customers when they inevitably need support. It comes off as getting the cart in front of the horse and makes one question their priorities. This may not reflect the truth of the inner workings of the company but I’m writing this as constructive criticism as this is very much how it seems being the customer.
Purchased a pair of jeans just over a year ago, and they have now become un-wareable from the degradation, I have owned jeans from primark, topshop to abercrombie and levi’s and never EVER have I had a pair of jeans that have ripped and become white from wear. Such a disappointment from a pair of jeans purchased for £90.. Would not buy from or recommend purchasing if you want your clothes to last.
Jacket ordered on 24/11 still haven't received it, until i emailed no infitnation given by the company, blaming others for delays but I've received umpteen parcels with no issue. Emailed several times requesting refund no reply
I’ve been seeing a lot of adds for this brand and finally decided to try out their women’s pants. Unfortunately, while I was out of town on a last minute business trip, my order had arrived but actually was not here when I made it home. After tracking my order, I identified the issue lied with UPS or my package was stolen. I decided to reach out to P&Co’s customer service department in the odd chance they could help but honestly wasn’t expecting much. In the customer service industry myself, I know that once orders are out for shipping, the delivery is out of the brand’s hands. Paige and the P&Co team offered to resend my order which pleasantly surprised me and were extremely pleasant during our email interaction. They did not have to do this for me, so I am very thankful and grateful!
