I have ordered many of P&Co products and I just cannot get enough of them! The fabric and fit is perfect, I absolutely love the waist adjusting button on the trousers, I have always struggled to find... See more

Great selection of quality made items at reasonable prices. Prompt delivery and the couple of times I’ve returned items (my choice due to under estimating my Christmas calorie consumption) it has been a simple process with a prompt refund returned to my account.

I've been a customer for years and the main things that keep me coming back are the amazing designs that are always evolving and the incredible quality, 10/10

An extraordinary brand. I love it: excellent materials, excellent timing, everything is excellent!
I had an issue with the order as I didn’t get any confirmation, so contacted customer support , even thought they were busy , they still had the time to reply back and deal with the matter. Paige was very helpful.
Terrible. Lack of communication on delivery of my purchase and nobody answers emails when trying to make a return. I have emailed everyone in the business even the founder. I will be contact my credit card company asking for a charge back. Don't purchase from P&Co
I ordered a couple of jeans in different sizes, they fit but the fit was weird, baggy places it shouldnt (stomach) be and snug in the waist and thighs, it didnt make sense. I thought I just ordered wrong sizes so I tried again and the ones I received back were huge. I kept one pair hoping it would fit me better after use but no, theyre the most uncomfortable and ill fitting pair of jeans I’ve ever had and they just sit in my closet.
Edit. I’ve not tried to return these, as stated I kept them in hopes that they would mold into a better fit overtime. This review is for others to determine the sizing and quality or lack of, for the brand.

Excellent product (Colter tan gloves), but with a minor flaw that necessitated contacting P&Co's support. The issue was resolved quickly and without any drama; obviously whilst I'd have preferred not to have had an issue in the first place, the customer service was very good, and I wouldn't shy away from buying from them again, hence the five stars.
Great company. Long term customer. Clothes are always brilliant and really good quality. Shipping is fast in the UK and on the rare occasion I've had an issue they've reponsed quickly and got it sorted.
Absolute bloody joke.
Zero customer service.
Best of British isn't always best.

Nice and Great products, good quality.. i had a delivery problem and they helped me to résolve it very quickly..
Update as of 24/01/26 - this was resolved and put right for me by a customer service rep named Beau who has been very courteous and helpful.
I had had another issue where I had ordered a product and it went out of stock and took around a week for someone to contact me, but again, Beau rectified this.
I ordered a pair of trousers from you and received a size at the opposite end of the sizing scale and in the wrong colour. I contacted customer support and I’m still awaiting a response. This was 3 days ago. I have since re-ordered the same trousers in view to sort out the initial order when they get back to me. I have just received the order and I have received the exact same trousers AGAIN. A size 6 short is no use to someone ordering a 20 regular.
I now have TWO identical pairs of trousers that need returning and the trousers I still want, are out of stock. I need someone to get in touch with me. I’ve paid x2 lots of delivery fee’s and refuse to cover the costs of returns when the issue is not my fault.

First of all, shipping is so fast it’s impressing, congrats to the logistics team. Paige at customer service was a great help too. I’d recommend buying p&co products via the website it’s working well ! Best regards from France
Product (sweater) was good, but too big for the recipient. Very good customer care - they provided details I asked for to enable an exchange
I ordered over £400 worth of clothes, one of them was on the small size, returned for exchange , and it’s going 4 wks with like 5 emails sent , and just nothing! I was going to give your 5stars but you have let me down with your customer service and it’s Terrible , sort yourself out and give me my money back asap
Initially, their products appear to be of high quality and have a nice design. HOWEVER, the customer service is shockingly poor — practically non-existent. I have contacted them multiple times regarding my return, submitted the case on several occasions, and have NEVER received any form of response. This level of disregard for customers is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
If you live in England, you might have better luck, but if you are a customer outside the UK, I honestly CANNOT recommend this company.
A serious and trustworthy e-commerce company must have a functioning customer service. Ignoring customers who are trying to exercise their right to a return is not just disappointing — it completely undermines any claim of professionalism or reliability.
My experience with ordering here is not good.
The size guide is not how it supposed to work. All the way wrong. M should be XL( i am not fat)
Returning policy, is a disaster. Takes a lot of time.
Think not twice, but a few times before ordering here.
Found out about P&Co a little over 6 months ago and have purchases quite a few items for myself and fiance. We have both been very happy with all the items. I have recently purchased an outer ware item which I sadly require a larger version (too many mince pies). The support team have been great in letting me know how best to return the previous item and keeping me updated. Overall I have been extremely pleased with P&Co and look forward to seeing what they bring out over the next year.
Accidentally made an order to the wrong address and the customer service adjusted the address correctly for me.
