Great experience.

Great service with a recent change to an Order that I made online.

The castle nut was so tote that 3armory that try to get it out can not do it I cut the nut with a dremel drill now I have to buy a new nut and a buffer tube why do rite that can be remove easily by hand staked nut is not the proble to much pounds of torque to Castelán nut sorry can give you only 3 stars

I had a good experience with Marie listening about the damaged box of ammo and that several rounds of the order were missing. Actually half of the ammo had spilled out and lost during shipping.
The problem though has not been resolved. No refund or order replacement has been issued from PSA.

Everything takes about a week arrive, but PSA is consistent as heck. Bought both a dagger and .300 blk pistol from them amd love both. Good deals on guns and parts, even ones that aren't PSA. Always coming out with new stuff, what's not to love

In all my years of speaking with customer service representatives, I have never had a better experience than when I called PSA yesterday and got in touch with Mark. From the first moment we spoke, I knew he was a damn good man. Treated me like I was his brother. Like we grew up sharin Dino nuggies and playin Lego Star Wars on a bunk bed. Mark deserves everything. Best customer service worker of the 20th, 21st, and 22nd century!
