I would like to apologize for the lower review I previously left for Palmetto Publishing.
At the time, I was going through an extremely difficult period in my personal life. My wife’s health had become very fragile, I was dealing with major changes at work, and the stress of relocating and managing my family’s responsibilities affected my judgment and emotions. While my frustrations were real, I realize that my review did not fully reflect the circumstances surrounding my experience.
After taking time to reflect, I recognize that many of the challenges I faced were personal and beyond the control of Palmetto Publishing. I appreciate the professionalism of the team and the effort they invested in helping authors bring their work to life.
I sincerely apologize for any unfair impression my review may have created. My intention was never to damage the reputation of the people who worked with me, but rather to express my frustration during a very difficult chapter of my life.
Thank you for your understanding, and I wish Palmetto Publishing continued success helping first time authors like me, five stars is just not enough thank you!

The staff that collaborated on publishing my book with me were always professional, kind, and helpful. If I hadn't heard any updates on the process of the book, I was able to email for an update. I would then be provided with that update in a timely manner. Overall, I enjoyed the process and working with Palmetto Publishing. I found it to be easy and stress free.

Overall, the process was great to get started. This issue was with editor; they couldn't make a deadline to save their life. Work returned was sloppy in some cases, always late, and I was the one to constantly have to manage my 'project manager'. For example, it's been over 2 weeks since my book was published and the e-book version still isn't ready and available to readers.

Overall, writing this book was a great life experience, I just wish this was a more competent company.

I had a great experience working with Palmetto Publishing. They understood my vision and helped me to bring it to light. The staff was very friendly and made sure that they answered and all questions that I had for them, even if I thought they were silly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a publishing company.

Due to my obsessive nature, the process was long but my project manager, Natalie Brock, was very informative, encouraging and timely meeting deadlines. She had some great ideas along the way too that added to the final product, especially the cover. Wonderful people dedicated to making a professional product.

Very helpful, professional and supportive. We’re very pleased with how our book turned out.

Personnel were super nice, but timelines were never met. Had to do most of the work myself. Caught many errors they didn’t catch. They didn’t give much feedback during editing process. For this type of money way over priced. Wverytime I emailed took days to get back with me.

The experience was everything I could ask for. Cassie was great. Natalie spent a lot of time working with me and the designer did a fabulous job. I am very excited about the results.
