I have been wearing Palladium's for years. Simply love them. So comfortable and a quality product.

No return refund or response from customer support
I bought a pair of boots which were returned due to being too small. Having recieved an email 14 days ago to say the refund would be processed I have still had no refund.
Despite emailing and messaging via the website after 10days, I have still heard nothing from the company and have no refund which is a concern.

About my 10th pair of Palladium’s & my…
About my 10th pair of Palladium’s & my 4th pair of the fur-lined nubuck boots. Comfiest, best fitting (for me), warmest, decent looking, go anywhere, comfy boots I’ve owned. . . hence me buying another pair.
If I had a gripe, they (obviously) get a bit more roomy/baggy, when the fur lining gets squashed over time & they don’t last forever, but I do abuse them.
I like this new style, like a cheaper & shorter version of my previous pair. Not sure if they’ve stopped doing those, but these are great for the price, particularly with a bit of discount.

Consider this
Do not consider these boots if your daily routine involves driving a car- the boot on the right leg will break where the bend is while using the pedals, as usually we are using the right foot a lot more than the the left one while driving. My boots were destroyed within 6 months considering that I didn't wear them every day, and in my daily routine getting to and from work usually takes about 45 minutes.
