Beautiful boots! But… had to return. I bought a size 5/38. I am usually a size 5 but these were really too tight and small. Didn’t want to order another bigger size as had no guarantee they would fit.... See more

Nothing to complain about really. Would have been nice to have a quick delivery method though. Thankfully, they use UPS, so you know that you should get your parcel!

Boots were too large and I wanted to…

Boots were too large and I wanted to change them for a smaller size. Return link on website consistently gave an error and no reply from email in company website.

Looks like I am stuck with boots that don’t fit.

Another bad set of boots

Ok this is a follow up email . Ok firstly if you look at all the NEGATIVE reviews low and behold they can never find the orders or any emails from there customers. Well I was GIVEN a present on my birthday a box guess what another set of these poxy boots which I did say to my daughter ill except them but im not a great lover of these boots due to the quality.but she said I got them for you because they have a side zip for easy putting them on WHAT easy put on im dancing around my hallway trying to put them on but cannot put them on any easier than normal boots because you cannot put your finger/s in the bloody heel hoop WHAT IS THE POINT OF A HEEL HOOP IF YOU CANNOT GET EVEN ONE FINGER IN IT.
Then after one week of wearing them one of the laces snapped so I have emailed them again and as usual no response at all . Let's wait and see what the same old excuses on hear you hear from them watch this space.

YES I HAVE EMAILED YOU AND YES YOUR BOOTS ARE STILL BAD QUALITY
AND NO after two weeks you have not returned my email
👎 so if you as customers and would like to buy highly priced boots that you cannot use the heel pull ( on any of the boots i have had brought for me ) also leather laces that snap after 1 week DONT buy from this company.
go treat yourself to a set of DOCTOR MARTINS 2 finger heel loop so easy to slip on very comfortable and look smart too. I have had a pair now for over a year and there still going strong the longer you wear them the more comfortable they get DM boots have been around for years and still going strong and have different designs too STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY as usual take your money and leave you to deal with there bad customer service is would of sent them back but a scratched the leather second day so there's no way the will take them back so there going under the stairs for good .

Purchased item was exactly what I wanted. It is not like other online shop which products are usually different from the website,for example the quality, colours and size are not the same as they provided.

I am really hate to the core

I am really hate to the core, I ordered a pair on 18 March 2026 and today is 23 April 2026 I haven't received it. The tracker is telling me the parcel will be delivered today since 25 March 2026

Absolute nightmare to deal with

Absolute nightmare to deal with - will never buy direct from you again. A shame as I love the boots but your customer service is non-existent.

Boots are comfy and fit well

Boots are comfy and fit well, only gripe is the fast laces leave a really long loop on the front of the shoes and you can't get the ends out of the little clip, so they're stuck at that length
