Friendly, welcoming and honest service
I have been to Palæcentret three times, twice to have broken teeth fixed and once for an impacted wisdom tooth. For one of the teeth Marie was able to make time the same day to fix it and two years later it is still great!
As a foreigner it can be scary going to have dental work done when you don't know the system or the language but Palæcentret are very good at explaining each step, making you feel welcome, making time for you and being honest about your options. Each time I've been there I feel that I have been recommended the best option for my lifestyle, rather than the most expensive one and I really appreciate this honesty. I leave feeling happy and appreciative - which is rare for dental visits. I am very appreciative of the work Marie and her team do and recommend them fully.
