Staff were friendly and were very encouraging + helpful during games they even were using themselves as shields to help people move from one spot to another.
Was a little pricy but was worth it for the fun we had.

Today was our best friends Bucks/Hens party at Delta Force Monarto and we all had a BLAST. So much fun, very safe and inclusive of everyone. The staff were incredible, extremely accommodating, polite and helpful. Special shout out to Mitch, Steel & Jarrod for their exceptional service today. As a first timer at Paintball it was an experience to remember forever!

The day at Delta Force Paintball was super FUN! And I highly recommend you guys to have a great day at Delta, and experience paintball. There is lots of maps and different rules for each map, my personal favourite was speedball. Speedball, for some of you who don't know what it is, is where you play paintball in a small map with different places to take cover from, like barrels, and then shoot other people. The Marshal-guide-was very helpful and teaching us tips and safety in paintball which was also very nice. Overall, Delta Force Paintball is a great place to release your stress and play paintball.

Never experienced a booking process this efficient, quick and easy. Can’t wait for the day, my son and his mates are going to have so much fun.

Whilst I trying to avoid being negative in life, but in this case I need to express disappointment with Delta Force as a company. Firstly when ringing to book you are pushed into paying fully over the phone only to be slugged with a 5.99% credit / booking fee (18 players, $130 pp $2340 5.99% $140 rip off booking fee). Then when we roll up to a site (Newcastle) you can pay on the spot (cash or card) with no fee charged!! Then came the next big stuff up, the booking team sends us the wrong itinerary. We arrive at 9am only being to be told that's the old time system and we are not required until 10 am. Sitting around for 1 hour with no offer of drinks or appoliges. From this originally 32 players for the day, but over night a surge to now 61 players and only 2 qualified staff to run the show. One whom made it very clear he wasn't supposed to even work and should be in another state. However hats off to the staff in trying to keep order in what is clearly a corporate company with over seas booking agents. Having to wait 2 hours before we even get close to getting on the field. Games were short with only 1 marshall to each game. Finally we couldn't use the full course as major maintenance is required. Effectively this was a rip off in my honest opinion and many felt the same. Staff were not well informed but tried their best. Hard for any one (paying patrons and staff) to enjoy an expensive day when a company fails to produce the goods. My advise, do your reviews research. Disappointed Team 4 - the Greirsons (locals to the area and whom will struggle to convince others this is a good value venue) .

I spoke with Mekaylin to book my day at the Monarto site. She was very helpful and helped explain what each package included (I had looked online but had forgotten what each one was). After a few minutes I was all sorted out for my booking and can’t wait for the day.

Mekaylin was very helpful and informative. It was a pleasant experience to book in for the paintball session. I found it easier to do it so over the phone than an online option.

Excellent Service, I had a last minute booking and Nancy did everything to help me achieve that. Not only did she tell me exactly what everything was but also took the time to double check my booking was correct and too my liking. Was a breath of fresh air when customer service is 150%.Highly Recommend :)
