Website was easy to use
Website was easy to use. However paint didn’t arrive and when I rang it was suggested because I hadn’t left a gap in postcode that was the problem. The paint had been delivered to a different address with the same postcode!! A straight sorry would have been appreciated. Replacement arrived promptly to correct address

Knowledgeable receptionist helped me choose my colour scheme. User friendly website made ordering sample pots easy . Samples arrived quickly and were even supplied with a brush .

Quality paints
Ordered 2 matchpots and like the parent company arrived with a lovely good quality wee brush. The paint is excellent quality cannot fault it but the tins have prise off metal lids which I find is really unhelpful as you can never get them back on again.

Disappointing experience.
I order 750 ml of paint from the company having settled on a colour after used a tester of theirs. I ordered architects matt finish as it is for a bathroom. When the paint arrived it was significantly paler than the tester. I contacted customer services and throughout this their response has been exemplary. I had a second can of paint sent out which differed from both the tester and the first can. Both cans came from the same batch so I believe it is not mixed thoroughly enough. I contacted customer services again and was asked to send in samples of the paint on cardboard which I did. I was told a new can of paint was being sent out which was the closest match to the tester and it is still nothing like it. I have now requested a refund. I don’t believe the company can resolve the issue. I have awarded two stars because Hannah in customer services has been wonderful and I have been replied to in a timely manner.

Looking at the website I really liked the designs and order some samples for my dining room and kids room.

Quality paint
The paint is thick and easy to manipulate, covers well and has a "high end' feel as you apply it. The range of colours is very good and I like the sample colour card's "family" approach with contrast suggestions. We have spent a lot on sample tins but have eventually found the colour match we needed. Tins were dispatched quickly and are beautifully packaged - quality from the start, though I suspect expensive to produce and send by courier. A suggestion might be to offer A4 colour sample sheets, which would be cheaper to buy and easier to post, for an initial trial. Once the right colour collection has been made customers could order pots to help make a final choice.
