Really impressive service

So far so good.

Thier engineer popped into us to buy carpet and noticed the phone system we had and the problems we was experiencing with our internet. He left us hes mobile number. I call him the next day and he sorted a phone system out and a temporary 5g solution gaining speeds of over 200mb whilst we wait for our fibre line to be installed.

We was abit reluctant to join as the problems we have experienced in the past with other companies.

We are really impressed with how quickly they acted to support us. We now have a much better 5g solution than any company have previously put in and really impressed.

Thank you Padel Services for your expertise.

Your engineering and service team really knows theirs stuff. Great work throughout

Great experience with our new phone…

Great experience with our new phone system from Padel.
We had quite a few obstacles to overcome, but thanks to such a great team of guys, and their sheer determination to handle everything quickly, clearly and with very little disruption, everything went well.
A big shout out to Aaron who assured me everything would be fine (it was!), to Andy and Shane whose professionalism shone through. Also, a big thank you to Pas, for his patience and to everyone else who helped out! The icing on the cake were the cakes! Yum! :)

Cancel BT and move to Padel Servies...

Moved away from BT who were terrible at the cancellation process, 3 months later their still billing me! Padel Sercvies was seamless from start to finish, from sale guy (Pascal) to fitters to support, couldn't recommend this company enough. Only wish I knew of these before, stress free service is what we all need when running a busy company, thanks so much to the Team at Padel.

Padel services

Padel services have just installed our new broadband/telephones and the experience has been very smooth. The engineer has been extremely patient and helpful and we are very happy with the overall service and provision.

Very pleased with our new phone system…

Very pleased with our new phone system / internet. Padel liaised with the internet providers to ensure a new cable was installed to our office and swiftly and efficiently. Andy installed our new system, couldn't be happier with the final result. Would recommend to anyone.

New telephone system and ongoing support

Padel Services installed a new telephone system for us last year. The whole team are excellent, I particularly like the access to support and dealing with a nice team of people you know. The installation and training process was smooth and further changes we wanted to make recently have been done efficiently and are exactly what we wanted from a telephone system. Shane was our main contact for the installation and he was excellent - helpful, friendly and a great trainer for our staff. He is always available to assist with any help we need.

Our Company has just moved over to Padel

Our Company has just moved over to Padel, combining our telephony and broadband for the first time. The migration went very smoothly and we are delighted with the results. Our questions were answered quickly and the training given was excellent. Our staff are very please with the much improved broadband speed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Padel.
Particular thanks to Andy for working so patiently with us all.

Brilliant start to finish

The company was brilliant from start to finish. They were more than happy to make changes during setup to ensure everything worked well for our clients. The engineers were helpful, professional, and genuinely lovely to work with. On the rare occasion we’ve had an issue, they answer the phone immediately and attend the same day. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company.
