Perfect service, speed and fresh tyres

They promise 24-72h delivery but it’s been 11+ days with zero updates. No tracking info provided and the 'support' is just an AI loop that doesn't answer questions. Total lack of transparency.

As of Jan 5 (18 days), there is still no response regarding the order’s shipping tracking. Support only stated that the order cannot be cancelled and that I would have to pay €30 for each returned tire if I refuse the delivery.

Chose tyres and tried to get some help with invoicing, but I kept receiving replies from AI bots. I waited a couple of days with no proper response, so I ended up going with a different supplier. A week later, I finally got an email that sounded more human, but it still didn’t address my actual request. This could be a scammy website. I suggest avoiding it by all means.

Asking for a review before even delivering the order is pathetic. I been waiting for my order for longer than two weeks now and no one updated me on the delivery process yet. Their program for tracking delivery hasn’t moved till the very start and after trying to contact custumer support I get an apology email from AI.

Great price and delivery in 2 or 3 days, when Lithuanian providers take up to 5 or even 14 days.

Tires made in 2025 week 20. As fresh as it gets.

I ordered four new Continental winter tyres and the whole experience was a disaster from the very beginning. The courier called me, I told him clearly that I couldn’t accept or inspect the delivery at that moment, so he's threw tyres over my fence and drove away so he “wouldn’t have to come again”. He did it twice.

When I finally checked the tyres, I saw they were all from different production batches and even different years. I received DOT 4824 on two tyres, 5024 on another one, and 0125 on the last one. Nobody mentioned during the purchase that I would be getting a random mix instead of a proper matching set.

When I contacted the seller, the situation somehow got even worse. They tried to convince me that the DOT code shows the month, not the week, which is simply wrong. It’s basic tyre information. Instead of admitting the mistake or offering a solution, they rejected my complaint and acted like everything was fine. They didn’t care about the delivery issue either. I told them the courier literally threw the tyres over a fence, and they ignored it completely.

So in the end I got an unsafe delivery, a mismatched set of tyres, false technical explanations from the seller, and zero willingness to fix anything. Very unprofessional company. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them.
