Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Almost a month and i didnt get my tire. They say that i write a wrong adress, post code and other things, but i write it correct. Trying to get my money back but its sooo complicated. They say thay they already send tire thats why they cant refund, but they dont send it yet! Not recomended! Worst experiance!

To investigate properly, our team will need to check the carrier status and the address data on the order (including whether a parcel was actually handed over to the transport network and what the tracking shows). Every order should have a tracking number, and if something is missing or inconsistent, we can escalate it with the carrier.

If you haven’t already, please open a ticket from your customer account (or contact us via the online contact form/chat) and share your order number. If a delivery ultimately can’t be completed and the parcel is returned to our depot, the reimbursement is processed automatically according to our procedure.

Once you send us the order details via the ticket, we’ll make sure your case is handled as quickly as possible.

Scamers company!!!

Scamers company!!!
They’re deleting reviews and just keep the good ones!
There is plenty of people that they scamed including myself!
They’re lying and giving false information to the customer and don’t want to refund the money!
They trying to say that FedEx got the package but I called to FedEx directly and they gave me information that they just lying and giving false information.
If they return me the money I will delete my review.

Dpd said there wasn't a phone number or mail on the package. So delivery was almost 2 weeks. 3/5 only for this

I received the goods

I received the goods, but not the invoice. I asked to send an invoice for order 31377022 dated January 11, 2026, but it has not been sent to me yet. I will have to return the goods and demand a refund, since I did not receive documents confirming the purchase.It's a shame that after all the work was done, the seller wasn't able to just send an invoice.

Quality is perfect

Quality is perfect. Snow, ice or wet road, as we have this winter, Michelin tyres always the best. I am happy, my tyres was produced before 4 months and 2 weeks.

There should be one department to communicate with

It turns out that I needed to return one tire, and I did so. However, it seems that communication between the company's support, logistics, and warranty service departments could be significantly improved. It would be better to have one department to communicate with, without being referred from one to another.

Tyres were eventually delivered

Tyres were eventually delivered, but the overall experience was poor and frustrating.

The delivery was made to a partner workshop where the tyres were supposed to be fitted, however no fitting was possible because the technician responsible was absent. This made the delivery effectively useless and forced me to find another workshop, costing me extra time and money.

Customer support was equally disappointing. Despite repeatedly explaining that the order was placed via guest checkout, I was told multiple times to log into a non-existent account to open a claim, which showed a lack of attention and understanding.

To make matters worse, at the delivery location I was met by a staff member who was rude, arrogant, and unhelpful, and did not speak the official local language, making communication unnecessarily difficult.

Overall, delivery alone does not make up for poor organisation, lack of accountability, and unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend based on this experience.
