Not keen on the zipper locks.
The overall idea is good, the bag is the right size for my requirements and I like the fact it expands, although another internal pocket would be welcome for more easily organising stuff.
Some of the security features are good, but the secured zip tab is irritatingly fiddly to use, and the dock lock, though preferable, is not much better, and the magnetic catch feels too weak.
My old Pacsafe bag (a mini one from 15 or 20 years ago) had a much better system, which was easy for me to access on a frequent basis but at the same time would have been very difficult for someone to pickpocket. This comprised a normal zip, with a flap over the top which was held down by some Velcro, and then also a catch hidden underneath that had to be pulled down quite hard (counter-intuitive for a pickpocketer) before lifting the flap upwards. Brilliantly simple but effective! Please bring this fastening back.

We also completely understand your comments around the zip security and dock lock. Our current designs are intentionally made to add a level of “delay” to access, which helps deter opportunistic pickpockets, but we recognise this can sometimes feel a little fiddly in everyday use. Finding the right balance between security and convenience is always key.
It’s especially helpful to hear your experience with your previous Pacsafe bag, that fastening system sounds like it worked really well for you. Feedback like this is incredibly valuable, and we’ll be sure to share it with our design team as we continue to evolve our products.

After the company originally sent me the incorrect bag ( they sent the correct backpack to me registered post) I have been very impressed with my anti theft backpack.
It was comfortable to wear even after many hours of plane, train and walking.
It is roomy and fitted documents, my phone and toiletries comfortably. It has an excellent locking system and space for a water bottle. It is a bag I hope to use for many future trips

Lovely crossbody bag

I love the tote bag!
I recently purchased this tote bag and I’m really impressed. First of all, the customer service is amazing — they responded quickly and resolved my issue in a very friendly and efficient way.
The bag itself is excellent: it’s lightweight, water-repellent, and very easy to clean. It also has plenty of compartments, making it very practical for everyday use. Everything matches the description on the website perfectly.

My Pacsafe GO mini crossover bag is perfect!
My Pacsafe GO mini crossover bag has arrived and it’s perfect, great quality and just what I wanted. At 1.5l capacity it’s the right size for my iPhone and glasses plus a packet of tissues. Great company and the safest bag I’ve had by far.
After doing a lot of research into anti-theft bags, I decided to go with Pacsafe, and it’s proven to be a great choice. I purchased the Pacsafe Micro Sling Go, and it’s exactly what I was looking for. The size is perfect, just enough room for my phone, passport, and cards so I can keep my essentials secure without carrying a bulky bag. It’s compact, easy to access, and gives real peace of mind when out and about.
What really stood out to me is that Pacsafe seems head and shoulders above the competition in terms of design and security features. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making their products both practical and safe.
I also had a great experience with customer service. Would definitely buy PacSafe again
I had a question which was quickly answered via email. Once ordered, my bag arrived very quickly as well. The only thing preventing my response being a 5 is that the bag is a bit smaller than I expected so cannot quite hold everything I wanted it to.
