Disrespectful when you decline their offer
Was offered an amount of money for my items which I declined and was told it would be returned immediately and that I should expect it within a week. Contacted them via website 2 weeks later on there contact us page as no box (no reply still), rang and left a message on their answering service the following week and still no reply. A month later and still no parcel or tracking number, rang them and they explained about staff sickness and it was sent that day and returned 48 hours later. Opened the box and was mortified - I bubble wrapped each item separately when I sent it and it was all just thrown in a box with about 4 items bubble wrapped. Items were loose in an unprotected box which was far too big for the items returned despite it saying on their website we should ensure our items don’t rattle when we send it to them. No complaints procedure on their website so have had to do a generic ‘contact us’ form, the same form I filled out 2 weeks after I’d not originally received my parcel. Probably a great company if you actually agree with what they offer but if you refuse they treat your belongings like rubbish and have no respect for it. Won’t be using this company again purely for the disrespectful attitude to another’s personal belongings.

I had the absolute BEST experience with…
I had the absolute BEST experience with packitpostit! We sent our inherited antiques that we had really no use for with at least some degree of trepidation because the whole concept was new to us. Our items were examined which we received notification of and a call the next day And they openly communicated the process that our items had undergone and made us an offer.
We hoped to have an honest offer that was consistent with or better than other researched sites and dealers that we had visited. They exceeded our expectations and we sold them our items.
we could not recommend them any more highly! We are thankful that they made the transaction stress-free.

I would thoroughly recommend this…
I would thoroughly recommend this Service. They do exactly what they promise to do, from applying for the pack which arrived in 2 days I filled a simple form in stating how many pieces were enclosed and posted the pre paid package. Within 48 hrs I received a telephone call from one of their representatives Daniel, who gave me a figure which was better than other quotes given, and the same day as the call the cash was in my account.

I did not know what to expect when I made a request for a seller pack to obtain an appraisal to sell my antiques, and was pleasantly surprised how easy pack it post it was, they exceeded my expectations with what I was offered and instilled a level of confidence on the telephone that I was provided with a fair value for my antiques that I did not even bother with obtaining additional estimates from competing companies, I got at least 30% higher than i was previously offered from a local antiques dealer here in Herefordshire, I will now look at selling all my future items to pack it post it instead of selling privately

The experience was very pleasurable
The experience was very pleasurable, the website and free shipping pack explained everything to me beforehand and when I sent my two boxes of parcelled items to them using the free shipping labels, within 2 days I received a call with a very attractive offer and before i know it it was a done deal . I highly recommend them for anybody wanting to sell antiques or vintage items , it will save you a lot of headache involving strangers stopping at your house asking questions and all that headache associated with selling stuff privately

This was by far the easiest selling experience. Website simple to navigate and explains the process well, Called them up (for free) to ask a few questions about the antiques we were looking to sell and they had grest customer service skills and answered every question we had, We were TOTALLY satisfied with the way we were treated and the selling process. Exceptionally good service, sent my items to them for free, The price actually wasn’t what I was looking for so they sent them straight back, and I must add that they certainly were packed better than I had packed them, they clearly had taken some time to care for my items, I will have no hesitation in using them again in the future
