Quick and efficient service

It was easy to order a large item online which was dispatched quickly and delivered quickly. The website was easy to navigate and overall very happy with the quick and efficient service.

Missing screws …

I ordered a storage unit for the garden. It turned up missing a lit of the screws. Unfortunately, we had started to put it together, so our living room was taken over by it.
There was no way of calling them, so we had to communicate online, this took extra time. They promised to send the screws, 3 days later, we received one of each of the types, not the 29 that were missing. So after 1 week, we received the correct amount.
