A very promt response to my complaint offering a choice of solutions from the first.Being very patient in allowing me time to think about the options available.

I got paddle board delivered was fast delivery. I checked to see if everything was in place noticed missing fin. The paddle board looked as if it was rushed when getting made smudged letters shabby glue marks etc and what looks like a tiny bubble. I sent email straight away got told a fin was getting sent out. Didn't say anything about board as clearly can see pictures. Didn't want to put bad email rather customer service got back to me to sort me out. No contact number so need to wait on emails. Will wait if don't get anywhere will put pics etc on every page am in socal network about paddle boards to warn others. But Hopefully will get in contact to put me right last options you want to put negative feedback.

Bought the - Aqua Spirit Barracuda SUP Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Board 2025, 10'6x32”x6”, Complete Kayak Conversion Kit due to delivered in 3 days , but wanted to review the Customer service as I had to cancel my original order due to a typo when inputting my address , customers service team - reimbursed order immediately ( so unusual with any return of Goods), and have been immensely helpful, looking forward to receiving my purchase.

Excellent, bought 2 barracuda paddle boards both arrived the next day and were very well packaged. Did have an issue with the paddle handle not locking which was a bit unfortunate. Customer service were very helpful and promptly sent out a replacement mid section which also arrived very quickly. Took them out yesterday and all working perfectly.

I bought a barracuda sup from this company a few months ago, the product came and the print had melted and was on lost of different parts of the sup and the accessories. They gave me a 50% refund for this that I was happy with. But a few weeks on, whilst using the waterproof phone case, that I believed floated, I lost my phone as it turned out that the case did not float. The design of the case would definitely suggest that it did float, so I would warn others users that this is not the case. When I addressed this with the company I was sent a very stern legally worded email from jay. And then some useless pictures to show me the design did not imply floatation of the case.
I'm extremely disappointed in how they have handled this.
So beware of this company.

Received my SUP promptly and been out a few times on it already. Haven’t experienced any customer service because I haven’t needed to.
