Fiddlehead Beauties

OMGosh! I received my fiddle heads today and am so pleased with the order! I’m have some for supper tonight and putting the rest in the freezer after cleaning and blanching. Thank you so very much for these little beauties! Bon Appetite!

Not a safe company to do business with...

I ordered 6 plastic mushroom harvesting baskets from Pacific Wild Pick, around January 15th 2026. I waited until about the end of March, then called the company about the $130 order, which hadn't been shipped. After several unanswered calls, I sent an email. After the email went unanswered I resorted to filing a complaint with the Shop app. Soon after I finally received a response from Pacific Wild Pick, asking if I still wanted the baskets shipped or if I wanted a refund. I asked them to ship the baskets, which they did promptly. When I received them, 3 of the lids were the wrong lids for the baskets. Now, even though they did ship my order, and I can still kinda make the lids work for what im doing, I have to say, I am SUPER disappointed with this company. I was really hoping to do a lot more business with them but it seems that (having checked out all the reviews) these guys are basically highly unreliable at best and total scammers at worst. I really wish I knew where to purchase these baskets brand new. The ones I received are in pretty rough shape. Finding out I cant safely do future business with them was a huge let down.

Order not received from December 2025. Now trying to charge me again.

I ordered seafood in mid december for the new year. It never came, there was no communication. Now in the 1st week, they indicate they have an item that was unavailable back in december and to pay this amount. When I go to the checkout, the total is provided. They charged me already for the majority, and after reading reviews, I consider them a scam, I will not trust them further.

Total scam do not order from Pacific Wild Pick!

I order 5 boxes of oranges from Pacific Wild Pick, well over a thousand dollars, and they never arrived. Submitting requests for information to their support address resulted in no response. They have refused to cancel the order or provide a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM PACIFIC WILD PICK! They will scam you.

Truly awful company

Truly awful experience. Wanted to try pawpaw fruit for the first time so ordered from from them. The paperwork was messed up from there side so it got stuck. I had no power to influence this. They responded periodically I now realise just to string me along until the fresh fruit were delivered a month later and completely spoiled. They then refused to answer or provide a refund. Completely unethical company. Avoid.

I ordered the “Chef Quality Lion’s Mane…

I ordered the “Chef Quality Lion’s Mane Mushrooms – Same Day Shipping” on Thursday the 18th, based on the product page showing a single, whole, steak-cut Lion’s Mane and stating Available daily for orders before 11:00 AM ET – Next-Day Delivery.

Despite that, my order did not arrive next day. It arrived about a week later.

What showed up was nothing like the photos or video on the product page. Instead of a single intact mushroom suitable for slicing into a steak, I received a box of broken, torn-up pieces — completely unusable for the purpose this product is clearly marketed for.

This is a textbook bait and switch:
• Marketing shows a whole, intact specimen
• Product title implies chef-grade quality
• Actual shipment is scraps and fragments

If you’re selling bulk trim, say that. But advertising a premium, whole mushroom and shipping broken pieces after a week is unacceptable — especially at this price point.

I would not order again and would strongly caution anyone expecting what’s shown on the listing.

WORST customer service ever

WORST customer service ever! I had to send them multiple emails to find out the status of my order. I received one of my 2 orders 4 months after the order was placed. When I asked about the 2nd order they said why yes, mangos are in season do you want us to process the order? ABSURD - yes I want the order. Charged my card and after more emails they finally said mangos are no longer in season. When I posted complaints on FB and instagram they blocked me which shows a lack further lack of customer service.

Great service

Initially, I was weary of ordering these on line . Since they are not readily available in Calgary I was glad to find this option. I was truly impressed with the quality, packaging and freshness of our Chanterelle order.

Well done! The personalized thank you that was handwritten in the inside of the shipping container was also a very nice touch!

I really wish it were possible to give…

I really wish it were possible to give a minus rating, like -10 which is what I would give this place. Long story short, I placed an order for overnight delivery of two dozen Live Malpeque Oysters in Shell on December 25th, 2024. They arrived at around 5:40 PM on December 31st, 2024. We immediately scrubbed all of them removing sand and dirt while noticing the size was the smallest we had ever seen. Like these were Super Mini Sized Oysters. Not at all what we would have expected from those who are supposed to know their business. We put them on ice and started to open them Hew Years Day around noon. I swear, they smelled like they had come direct from a sewer. The stink was atrocious and needless to say not eatable. After giving it some thought, I emailed pacificwildpick.com at pacificwildpick at g-mail.com to advise them of the issues as described above. In fairness, they did offer to send send another 2 dozen from the next fresh harvest. They didn't say when that might be. Given they could not put their best foot forward the first time, we were reluctant to give them another try so I emailed back, I thanked them for their reply and asked for a refund instead and this is where they really pissed me off, by giving NO REPLY AT ALL!
