Pacific Resorts Rarotonga and Aitutaki were terrific, accommodations on lagoon/beachfront were very nice, particularly the beachfront villa at Aitutaki. The staffs are extensive, cover all bases and are very hard working. Breakfasts (included in our booking) were delicious. The Rarotonga Safari Tour was a good way to experience the interior of the island (and all the food growing !) and learn something of the culture from our trusty guide. The Vaka cruise on Aitutaki was fun. Both tours included a great meal featuring native foods. Booking the trip through Elena Parshuto in Los Angeles went very well.

Wow wow wow! Was definitely one of the people that said "This sounds too good to be true". Pacific Islands delivered!!!! Trip to Bora Bora was amazing and we didn't have to take out a second on our home to get it done. If this trip was on your bucket list...book it. We was under the impression that because we wasn't able to pay for the big name resorts we would have to go back again "to do it right". Just the opposite happened. Couples from the big resorts were right with us doing the same activities and was on our beaches and motus! Trip was awesome.
Only drawback for us was the language barrier. They speak French primarily but because of all the tourists there are locals that do speak English. At some of the restaurants I had to resort to speaking caveman and doing charades to get what we needed. Was fun but a little challenging as we stumbled our way through menus and different things you encounter while traveling.

We booked a 4 week trip with pacificislands.com to New Zealand, Australia, and Hawaii and it was flawless. Every tour and transport showed up on time and all tours and hotels were of good quality. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Vacation was absolutely wonderful. Package was great for visiting French Polynesia for the first time. I was a bit stressed about getting all my documents. I had to ask for them instead of automatically receiving them. Directions were very unclear as to what to do as soon as we arrived, (meet the lady handing out the lei"s) but the local staff and hotel employees were extremely helpful. Word of advice- you are not booked on the ferry from the bora bora airport. If you are not there within 10 minutes of your plane landing, you will have to wait for the next one. Overall, hands down the best vacation ever!! I will book again with pacificislands.com!!

Booked 3 island trip to Tahiti. Nice package that included all transfers making getting from one island to another easy. Really liked the flexibility to switch hotels or upgrade rooms which gave us a custom trip. Much easier to use a package rather then try and coordinate all the hotels, flights, transfers.

My husband and I purchased an all-inclusive honeymoon package to Bora Bora, Tahiti through Pacific Islands. I had the pleasure of working with Elena P. for three months before we left for our vacation. We were nervous to put such a big down payment down for Tahiti but knew we were in good hands with this company.
Elena was great to work with. She responded to my e-mails promptly and was easy to talk to. She worked with our budget and made sure we had the best accommodations. Not a thing went wrong on our trip. It was the honeymoon of our dreams and we couldn't be more pleased. The resorts that were included in our all-inclusive package were PERFECT! Absolutely breathtaking and something that you see out of a magazine.

We had excellent customer service through the whole process of booking our vacation package to the day we boarded our flight. All questions were answered in a short period of time. We believe we made a good decision booking with Pacific Islands. Would recommend to everyone.

This is our second time using Pacific Islands to book a trip. The first trip was to Bora Bora, this time we went to Fiji! Everything was amazing, Elena helped arrange everything from the flights to additional activities. Our flight was perfect, we got greeted at the airport and our accommodations were to die for! We had a beach front villa with our own private beach. We had the best time and will be using this company to book another trip to the Cook Islands in a year or so.

Very beautiful resort. We stayed at Intercontinental Bora Bora Resort Thalasso Spa. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. If we ever have the opportunity to go back, we will definitely stay here again. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

Working with PacificIslands to plan our honeymoon was the best experience! Christian helped me from day one with her expertise and enthusiasm! She answered all my questions in a timely manner! Our trip was perfect, start to finish! While we were on our honeymoon every shuttle was on time with our name, every activity was special! Had the best time. Elena was amazing!!! She planned everything from Hotel, Airfare, Busses, Boats, Transfers, Excursions, Massages, literally everything. She helped us out with tips and tricks too. We had the best romantic time in Moorea, Bora Bora, and Tahiti. She even booked our wedding while in Bora Bora. Everything was on time and showed up. It was PERFECT!!!! Thank You SOOO Much!!! =)

Elena was awesome! She helped set up everything and worked with us to meet our exact needs! Our honeymoon was very well planned and organized!

We booked via PacificIslands.com and hit a snag with our final hotel in Bora Bora. Not only could they not do much for us, but also directed us to their local subsidiary in Bora Bora who told us we needed to handle the situation with the hotel manager and that they would not help. I would triple check all the details coming from these packages before booking with these folks. Other than that, the flights and other hotels were fine.

PacificIslands was great to work with, they did an exceptional job for us resulting in a no hassel vacation of a lifetime. I highly recommend them and will use them exclusively for our Pacific Island vacations in the future.
