Seamless process to get 2 amazing seats together for Betis Madrid

Was a little skeptical at first, but when I got to the Monza Race, the tickets scanned with no problem. Communication was great as well.

We purchased four “VIP Silver – CL” packages for Sporting CP vs Galatasaray on 9 September 2026, paying €980 including fees.

P1 Travel’s own itinerary explicitly promised VIP Silver lounge access before the match and during halftime. We attended the match and used the seats, which were comfortable. Our complaint is about the hospitality access we paid for but did not receive.

At the stadium, we approached a lounge near our seating area. After initially being refused, we spoke with several staff members and reached a check-in desk. Staff inspected our tickets, told us they were not eligible and directed us downstairs. The hosts downstairs checked the tickets and gave us the same answer. We returned to our seats without receiving any lounge access.

We raised a written complaint and supplied the booking confirmation, itinerary and tickets. P1 acknowledged the complaint, initially said relevant management were away at the Madrid Grand Prix, and subsequently said it would investigate with Sporting CP. We still have no outcome from that investigation, no concrete compensation proposal and no refund.

If these tickets required a different lounge, entrance or additional credential, P1 needs to explain exactly what was required and where those instructions were provided for our booking.

We are asking for a clear explanation and an appropriate cash refund for the hospitality component we did not receive. I will update this review to reflect any resolution.

We received the tickets as expected a few days before the event. Instructions where good just missing the gates opening hours which I don't think it's related to P1 but to the évent organiser.

I Bought tickets to the Italian Grand Prix, Tickets showed up on time and as expected. Overall transaction and process was great, will definitely be using P1 Travel again.

Plenty of choice of options to see the game I chose just a seat and it was perfect. Tickets arrived on my phone no problem and enjoyed the experience

It did what it said it would do.
The only part I didn't enjoy was waiting so close for the tickets to come through, but they did come and they were exactly what we ordered.

I bought tickets for Napoli v Arsenal but had to spend the first half sitting in the walkway as someone was in my seat and the stewards refused to get them to move.Instead they suggested I just sit in the steps where I could find space. Really disappointing experience for my first ucl game

Simple to book the football tickets. I was a bit dubious when I paid for them but the codes came through the day before the game. Also got given a €5 euro gift card to use in the club shop

Everything was good. The service was great, and they responded to messages quickly. The only thing was that I received the tickets just five hours before the match, which caused me some anxiety
