Buying a refurbished phone for the first time
When looking at buying a refurbished mobile phone for the first time I saw that there were a number of companies offering these
Ozmobiles had some good reviews and I felt more comfortable with the fact they also had a bricks and mortar premises in Melbourne
I have heard though that some companies are poor communicators particularly if you are not happy with the product you receive
I thought I would test the communication response by sending an email asking a question about the battery warranty
I got a response back the next day and the response was a favourable one so that gave me confidence that the company was a good communicator
So I ordered the phone and it was delivered in a few days which was as promised plus I was very happy with the product . It actually looked like a new phone with excellent battery life
Ozmobile also followed up with emails making sure I was happy with the phone which is great customer service

My phone battery drains quite quickly and the speaker phone is muffled for receiving end of call. Front cameras blurs as well

Amazing experience
Amazing experience. Purchased multiple products over the years from these guys including multiple phones and most recently an imac.
Why buy new for products you dont need to. We had a problem with one of the phones and it was replaced without question or fuss. Highly recommend.
