I wish I had read other customers reviews on ozerty. Same thing happened to me. As I went to pay it said something about eco charge, no charge was displayed. Then when I got an email with the invoice, they have added £13 on top of my order. I emailed them to cancel my order and they told me that they are already processing my order and couldn't cancel. However, after I have received my order they will sort it out. But when my order arrived and I got in touch with them, they told me that I would not be given a return label and it would cost me further, £15 to return the item to China.
They are conning people out of money. Tried to get in touch with Google, because they are using Google platforms to sell. I even tried to stop my payment, but my bank couldn't stop the payment. I am pulling out my hair.
Did anyone get there money back from these devicing people, please let me know? And what process did you use?

same experience as everyone else. Rubbish customer service. Stung with "eco-charge " which doubled the cost after check out.
Waiting to file a charge back and /return an item, hopefully to get refund. Misleading website, eco-charge policy hidden and not made clear at check out.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ! Like others who have posted on here; I ordered a fit bit, total said a specific price with free delivery. Skipped through their many "add this on", "extra offers".... only to then receive a confirmation email with a much higher amount than the total when i checked out and entered my card details. HSBC, my bank say they cannot stop the payment from going through but I have already raised a dispute and plan to keep fighting, get my money back.

I tried to buy something from uk.ozerty.com yesterday. Just when I thought I'd completed the purchase a pop-up window said I had to choose a method of postage. This was the second time this window had appeared. Today I got a phonecall from my bank's fraud department querying several transactions yesterday. There's something very dodgy going on with Ozerty.

Do NOT use, total scammers! They charged my card over twice the agreed price citing a so called eco charge for single item! I noticed it 2 days after ordering so cancelled immediately but I was flooded with emails saying the order had already been processed. Got nowhere with them directly so I raised a complaint and stop with my card provider and they have recovered my money!

Wish I had checked with Trust Pilot before ordering from this company several weeks ago.It is totally a SCAM..the so called Customer Service message is always the same no matter what time of day or night you call it..... saying "all agents are busy " and then just disconnects. They add an extra charge on every item without explanation etc etc.
Best plan...STAY AWAY!!

ABSOLUTE CRIMINALS. I ordered when tired and wish I’d checked them on here first.
Like everyone else here an insane fee added AFTER the checkout, completely illegal practice. Refusing me a refund. Everyone needs to report them and hopefully that will get them taken offline and prosecuted.

Absolutely a scam of a company adding charges to my order which I did not agree on or tick any boxes that would put these charges on how are they getting away with this it’s totally unacceptable 🤯😡

Hidden charges. They added £13.75 to an £8.75 purchase and tried to excuse it as some sort of 'green' incentive to avoid people making lots of small purchases!

This is a con website that offers goods at decent prices then doubles the payment once the payment, which show the low price, has been approved. They use multiple names to scam the banks. They then try to sign you up for subscriptions that you know nothing about.

Ozerty is A BIG SPAM, This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. I made an honest mistake during purchase and contacted support immediately—well before the order had actually shipped. Yet, I was told the package could not be canceled, even though it hadn’t physically left your facility.

There is no cancellation option available on your website either, which makes the entire process feel deliberately rigid and misleading. Now I’m being asked to wait for an unwanted item, just to return it—wasting my time and energy for something that could’ve easily been resolved at the source.

It’s incredibly frustrating to be left with no choice but to warn others. Unless this situation is fixed immediately, I’ll be sharing this experience across all review platforms to make sure others don’t fall into the same trap.

Hidden fees – avoid this company!
I ordered from Ozerty and agreed to a certain price at checkout, but after payment they charged my account nearly £20 more than what was shown. There was no clear warning about extra costs or why this happened.

This feels completely dishonest and misleading. Customers deserve transparency, but Ozerty chooses to hide charges until it’s too late.

Please don’t make the same mistake I did — check your statements carefully, and better yet, don’t order from them at all! Companies like this shouldn’t get away with tricking people out of their money.

Absolutely awful!
Like all other reviews that I’ve read they charge a whopping service charge that is not on the order. (I have a photo!)
To add insult to injury they then try to bribe you with a £5 refund for a five star review (see below)!!

I Paid, 12 Euro at checkout, yet they took 28 Euro. I contacted them 2 hours after the check out, they said that the charges were for services, and the order had been processed, so they not help. The item turned up 2 weeks later at its rubbish.
THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS.

Terrible- this is a complete scam. They charged £15.96 for services which I didn’t buy. The product only cost £10. The product itself doesn’t work.
Their customer services reply quickly, but is probably AI.
Like all the other reviews, I have yet to receive any refund.

Beware this scam. They charge more than you agreed to pay. You can't cancel, they don't answer, you never get your money back and the item doesn't arrive either. If you happen to fall for it, block your credit card, because they will try to take more money.

Don't order from them. They add charges to your order after you have placed it. I reported them to my credit card company.

Company is a complete con. They hide like a cuckoo in amongst ebay and legitimate sites. I did check reviews. They were obviously fake. Once you've placed the order a service charge of 22 pound is added. You dont know anything about this until after you've placed the order. Your original order with the proof of what you agreed to pay disappears.
You won't get your money back and I suspect the goods if they do arrive will be rubbish. Cant believe I fell for this. Dont buy anything without checking them on trust pilot. Customer email doesn't exist. Contact fraud department of your bank. Cancel your card. Because they will try to take more money

Crooks utter crooks. Take more than double the money and say it’s a service charge to reduce CO 2 emissions. Processed my order within a minute and can’t cancel and have to wait for delivery. It’s delivered and no mention of refund but sending me £5 off next order. THERE WILL BE NO SECOND ORDER

I bought a pair of shoes. The photo is different than the actual shoes. They don’t refund. And they don’t replace. Don’t buy from them
