If I could give no stars I would .. this scamming company is a disgrace .. please avoid at all costs.

I bought the Smart Watch from Ozerty last week published at $18.67 and was told I will be given a discount so should have come down to $15.72. They claim the shipping cost is free but this company took out 2 amounts of $18.67 which means the discount they said was never applied & a further amount of $45.67 which says service charge. They are unbelievable and this company is so bad as it’s all false advertising. The smart watch looks good in the photo but when I saw it today I was sooo shocked to see how ugly it is and got fooled completely by Ozerty. I received the watched today and it will put any of the $5.00 watches at discount stores 10 times better. It looks like a cheap toy with almost zero weight.Total crap and a waste of money. DO NOT BUY AND GET FOOLED AT ALL. I now learned my lesson and will never ever come near this company Ozerty! Very Very Bad Experience -ZERO RATING

I ordered something from mouse it took four weeks to arrived. I paid 41 pounds. review the order post office sent the order back after one weeks. I’ve not received my money refund yet. This company is criminals l never order anything from this company. They are rubbish. Criminals

I actually give them no stars, a big cross, scammers of the worst kind. I see our experience in all the reviews, then they randomly fleece your account so you have to cancel your card. See their name and run a mile.

Scam site. They save your card details then transfer money weeks later. Lucky my bank shut my card down.. now have to get a new card.

If I could leave no stars I would. CHINESE Company. NOT British. 2hours after placing an order I saw that a spurious 'eco charge' of £13.95 had been charged to my card. THIS WAS NOT SHOWN IN THE SHOPPING CART when I confirmed the order. I immediately tried to cancel but wasn't allowed to. It took 9 days for the order to arrive and then told to get a refund I had to return the item to CHINA at my cost. Complained to my card issuer who agreed this was blatant malpractice and they would investigate and take further action. In the meantime the card company refunded the £13.95 overcharge. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The car horn I bought looks like cheap 'tat' anyway. I won't even bother to fit it and it will cost me more than i paid to return it. OZERTY know this. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Awful experience, overcharged by 3 times the amount, asked to cancel within 2 minutes of seeing the overcharge, customer service said they’d get back to me in 2 days, they did saying too late they’ve sent it out. Awful company be extremely careful buying from this company, my advice go somewhere else to buy as this company will overcharge you and then do nothing to cancel the order. I’d give it zero stars

I made a purchase of an item for less than $20 plus shipping. Ozerty made two separate charges totaling more than twice the amount. Then they made an unauthorized RECURRING charge of nearly $40 three weeks later. Do not trust this company.

NB MY BANK RETRIEVED 100% OF MONEY PAID. Ordered china glue not knowing this branch is in Spain. Got bill with extra £15 for "services". they claimed its an "eco charge" not quoted visibly on website.

very nice this storage rack is very useful for organizing various household items neatly. it's a practical solution for a more organized home

I ordered a $15 fitness tracker and when I saw the bill discovered a $22.66 services charge. With the shipping, my $15 fitness tracker was $45.00.
Stay away from this website.

Bought a watch then cancelled and asked for refund.Told could not cancel and would have to receive the item then return it before a refund could he done!!!
Also, get the impression that replies to emails are automatically generated. Nobody really there. If you have been scammed inform your bank otherwise these scumbags will take more money. Luckily. . The money has now been returned to my account. Lesson learnt!!

They don't deserve any stars, they should be shut down. I was charge what appears to be the usual 29.99euros that no-one seems to be expecting! After a lot of emails to and throw I got really p**d when they charged me the same amount the following month! After this, I went to my bank, had to cancel the bank card to stop further payments! But on a plus side the bank took it very seriously and raised a fraud complaint, that was about 4 weeks ago, I have received the second payment back from the bank! I would advise everyone to cancel your bank card and raise a complaint, then hopefully this SCAM of a company can be stopped!!!! If you do the math they are making a killing!

This company doesn’t deserve any stars whatsoever!!! Ordered night driving glasses 2 pairs for £11.92 arrived quickly but to my horror was charged £26.92!! A Month later without my permission they then took £29. 99 tried to communicate with them by phone impossible. Emailed them their reply was send a copy or photo shoot of my bank account no chance of me sending that!!! Be warned stay well clear of this company.

Just had to CANCEL my credit card after they charged me for absolutely nothing! Coincidentally while we were emailing back & forth on a crappy product that didn’t do what they said it would do. I was SCAMMED!

Another salient message to read reviews first. Ordered a balaclava, got a hat with a neck warmer that is designed for a child.

I bought two hoverball toys for grandkids in December 2024, one from Ozerty NZ, and one from Ozerty Australia, price $39.95 each. I added $18 courier to ensure they were delivered by Christmas. (Neither was.)

I was checking my Visa account to confirm the transactions had CC gone through, when Visa rang to ask if the transactions were scams - one billed from France, the other from US!

Then i saw the numbers - one transaction had become $90, the other over $100!! When I complained, Ozerty told me there was a $60 “sustainability service charge”. I told them i would never deal with them again, and I haven’t.

This week my wife found Ozerty had taken another $60 from my Visa on 17 April, for no purchase by us. Investigating further, I found several other similar transactions. I’ve changed the number of my card.

I would have given this crowd zero stars if I could, or better still, a negative!!

Bought Step watch just don't get me started I'm fuming they are Thieves & Scammers why didn't I look at Trust pilot first same as the other lady they bumped up price from $9.49 to

( Mika )have you guessed they are all AI I presume thank God I didn't scan it though like the other lady did feel sorry for her horrible horrible people .
