Great service with Chat and Email after the order has been placed and or received, if anything is wrong. I love their products and service. I needed to return or exchange an item that I purchased. Without hesitation I was advised that an exchange would be possible. Given the quality of the coat that I purchased, I expect that the quality of the Jumpsuit that I would like to get will also be high quality. Great customer service!!

At first I was turned off by the return policy and the hoops I thought they were asking to jump through (and pay) to return my product I wasn't happy with. But the chat customer service was very responsive and we came to a solution that worked out well which I appreciate.

The dress that I ordered was too big. I contacted customer service to return the dress. They were very responsive and offered to send me another dress, which could replace the oversized dress, or I could return the dress, and they would give me a full refund of the purchase price. I loved the dress. The dress itself was very nice, and the material was of very good quality. It was exactly as it was described when I ordered. I would definitely order from them again. I decided to keep the dress and requested they send me another in a smaller size. I am hoping to gift the first dress.

Oyrosy is an upstanding brand. Their products are well made and look like the pictures. Their customer service is unparralled. They respond to all emails promptly. They aim to please. I ordered a dress that did not fit right so I wanted to return it, instead they gifted me another item of my choice and told me to keep both items. I love the jumpsuit I picked and it fits perfect. No other company has done that to remedy a return for me.Oyrosy cares about your shopping experience and will go all out to make sure its a pleasure. I'm a customer for life!!!

I ordered a dress for an upcoming wedding and it did not fit. Ella worked with me to find a replacement dress and to have it expedited. While the original dress didn't work out the way I'd hoped, I really do appreciate Ella's follow through on trying to make this right. She was very responsive and even checked with her team to see if the dress was lined (I couldn't tell from the picture) before she we proceeded with the replacement dress. She helped to rectify what could have been a disaster. Thank you.

The items I received from Oyrosy are of exceptional quality. I have ordered a total of three times. The items do take a while to deliver.
The faux suede leather green dress that I ordered was way too big. I had to request a size smaller Oyrosy sent it to me free of charge without returning the original item.

They answered immediately and answered very happy with th outcome

Be very careful what you order because you cannot return anything. They gave me the option of receiving something else and keep the item I wanted to return. For that gesture I gave them 3 stars

This is a complete scam. The dress I bought for $180 dollars looked awful and not at all in line with what was pictured on the website. When I reached out to return the item for a full refund as per their 30-day return policy, I was offered to get a 30% refund and keep the dress because I was beyond the 14-day return policy?!! Then after multiple emails he agreed to a full refund if I sent the dress back to China at my own cost! Ultimately we settled on 90% with no return, I have yet to receive my refund. This is a scam!

Customer service was easy to work with! Was able to work with me to get a better option for a dress desired. Also was responsive to all questions! Answered all questions. Made sure to get my measurements when I wasn’t sure of sizing for particular dress desired! Had to send a few emails back and forth to get decisions made and the best option sent to me in quicker shipping time frame. I would say overall they are pretty easy to make any issues I had work out for the best! I am excited to get the dress as soon as it is shipped to me! I recommend if anything you are not satisfied with reach out and they will make it right. Although many items that I wanted were not in stock I was able and find hopefully the perfect dress! Can’t wait to get it! Thanks for making your customers happy the best you can!

Updated Review!!... After attempting 6+ orders with this company I've had enough! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! There website and merchandise is a 100% scam. They have ripped me off of TWO items at this point totaling over $100 by not reinbursing me for items they did nit have or sending the wrong items that they wouldnt take back... While some of their clothing (of what I could actually get) is very nice, here's the problem, and the scam...
90% of what they have posted or listed for sale ISN'T AVAILABLE! It would seem what they do is post all these wonderful designs to lure people in but DON'T ACTUAL HAVE THE ITEMS! When you purchase something and it doesn't show up for over a month, you contact them and they'll tell you "sorry this item is out of stock and unavailable " OR "this item will take 20+ days for manufacturing time". Then they direct you to at "Ships in 24hrs or less" listing of mostly undesirable items. Trying to find a replacement item is near impossible bc NOTHING IS ACTUALLY AVAILABLE! The other issue is, if and when you find SOMETHING to replace the out of stock item, they don't update your purchase history. You dont know what was replaced with what, so your purchase inventory is just lost. Then you're stuck with your investment, they don't want to refund you, try and give you 30% off your next purchase but it's the same runaround. You pick something else out... UNAVAILABLE! AGAIN! I've been shipped multiple pieces I never ordered and charged for it. I feel like I've been pretty accommodating and bendable to meet these people half way just to get SOMETHING that I ordered and actually wanted. Instead I'm just getting shipped stuff I don't want or didn't order to begin with. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SKIP THIS COMPANY 100%. I know some of the pieces they have listed seem new and exciting from the regular fashion out there right now but THEY DONT ACTUALLY HAVE IT AVAILABLE FOR SALE. FRUSTRATING, IM ANGRY AT THIS POINT, IVE WASTED TOO MUCH $$ ON STUFF I NEVER WANTED, AND THEY'RE DEVIANT IN THERR SELLING PRACTICES.

(Original Review) BIG pluses and minuses for this company. Starting with the good... I LOVE, LOOOVE every item I've ever purchased from them. The styles are fantastic and hard to find anywhere else. The quality of the pieces are exceptional, everything is very well made with good fabrics. Every single piece I have in my wardrobe is a tiny treasure to me. The down side... EVERY purchase I've made with them has had to be redone b/c they do not carry many of the item in stock. More than 80% of the items I've picked out and purchased are just NOT AVAILABLE. I have to place my order, contact them, find out what in my order is or is not available, and they'll tell me, "sorry, this item is not in fabrication", OR "that it's currently being manufactured and shipping time will be 20+ days". This even includes all the "NEW" seasonal designs they post... NOT AVAILABLE. I've asked them countless times to mark items as PRE-ORDER if they don't actually have the item. So shopping with them can be incredibly frustrating. However, their customer service is incredibly helpful in finding you replacement items and trying to work with you and help you. It's at least redeeming. But if you need an outfit from this place #1 Don't have your heart set on one particular piece, itll likely be broken. #2 Don't plan on getting your item until into the next season, so.... plan ahead. I'd say more than half the items I've ordered didn't arrive until the weather had changed. It's very frustrating. For the items that did work out for me, happy little gold mines. They do have a list of items that are "Ships in 24 hrs" Which means they ARE in stock and ready to go, but the selection is BLAAA... I won't lie. I keep telling myself I'll never shop with them again b/c of the issues, but they always redeem themselves with their excellent customer service, and I simply can't find original styles like this anywhere else, so. Tough choices as a fashion consumer. Lol

Fist, I love the look, feel and quality of the clothes I've received from Oyrosy. But what I love and appreciate the most is the support I received from their Customer Service team. They worked with me for several weeks to resolve an issue I had with an order and did everything they could to ensure my issue was satisfactorily resolved. Not many online stores do this anymore so I truly appreciate all of their efforts. They were always professional and courteous and always followed up to make sure that I was satisfied. This was my first time ordering from them but I plan to do so again if the quality remains faithful.

Had to exchange a jumpsuit that I just couldn’t pull off the look. It was gorgeous, just not for me.
