Great products, I have at least 5 of their jumpsuits and I love them all. I recently ordered something that was too small and the customer service was on point. They have really stepped up their custom service game in the past year. I definitely recommend this company.

I got my dress and it came faster then I though, and the size was correct! But bc I didn't trust the size list at the beginning,( which i should, have ) I order smaller size.

Before ordering from Oyrosy, I was a little nervous because I didn’t see many strong reviews about returns or exchanges. However, the outfits were so cute that I decided to place an order anyway. I ordered a denim jumpsuit, but it was too big. I reached out to customer service, and they immediately sent me the exchange I requested. After receiving the exchange, I contacted them again with a follow-up request, and they were more than happy to help. Overall, the customer service experience was great, and I would definitely shop here again—especially now that I know what size to order.

Oyrosy customer service went over and above to be sure I was satisfied. They took time to communicate with me on exactly what my needs were. They read and responded to my emails during the Christmas holidays. They told me my first item could be given to a family member or friend rather than returned! I will definitely shop with them again and I recommend them to you! Oxyrosy was empathetic to my needs and was willing to do what it takes for customer satisfaction.

Very pleased overall with transaction and customer service. They were very responsive to size issue (not their fault I think), and more than made it right for me. Timely and appropriate responses were received. Dress is high quality, arrived in good time. New larger size dress is shipped. Looking forward to wearing it. I would definitely buy from them again. I ordered a knit dress from Oyrosy (which looked nothing like the advertised dress) notify the company that the dress did not fit. Offered me a partial discount refund, which I requested to return with a full refund. This is the response I received.
When processing the return, please choose the logistics channel that includes taxes, customs clearance fees and other related charges. It is recommended that you confirm these details with logistics provider when returning the item, so that the return can be successfully delivered.
After the returned goods are sent out please inform us the logistics tracking number so that we can follow up and handle the matter promptly. We will process your refund within 48 hours after receiving and inspecting the goods. Thank you for your patience!(End of return direction)

This is one of the biggest scams, I’ve ever experienced and I have ordered and had to return item from much reputable companies with no problem and better quality.
I’m very disappointed and will contact my financial institution to report my complaint.

I needed to tap in to customer service a few times for my first order and had a great experience. Made things right and responded quickly!

The original dress was exceptionally small, even though I met all the size dimensions. I actually got stuck in the dress and need assistance to get it off. I contacted customer service, they promptly sent me a larger sized. (after a few questions about my physical dimensions and weight.) The fabrics are generally superior to what I have found in Macys or Dillards. Overall, the customer service has been much better than most. The care instructions need to be followed as some of the clothes have not been constructed with color fast dyes.

Purchased the Pink Stand Up Color jacket and it was so beautiful! The material was high-end and very classy. The only problem was it was tight in the chest. I contacted the return dept and was given top rated service.

I have ordered numerous times from this company and this time the style I ordered ran small. They agreed to send me a size M. When ordering online without the option to try on, very important to be able to exchange a size

I ordered a beautiful coat. Shipping was faster than expected. The coat was absolutely stunning. However, it ran very small. I emailed the company and they have responded quickly requesting my measurements and details of where the coast ran small. After receiving my details, they promptly responded , requested that I leave this review and they will send larger coat. Fingers crossed that my replacement fits well because the coat is stunning!

The customer service has been great and very understanding when another size is needed!
