Wouldn’t rate them 1. Dress not as described and no response to reaching out for refund options. Don’t buy from this company. I have emailed 3 times with my order number and no reply. Today they have tried to contact me is outright not true.

Clown Clothes

The outfit that arrived doesn't look like the image on the AI model. The pants look like clown pants.
These are cheaply made and I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone.
I want my money back!

Horrible customer service

I ordeeed 2 items from this company. After a month they told me the item is no longer available but refuse to refund my money. They other item has not yet been shipped and they say they cannot find the order number. This is after several attempts with customer service. These are not cheap items.

Do not purchase from this company

Do not purchase from this company, I purchased an item, when it arrived the item was to small and did not fit. I made numerous attempts to contact the company to return for a full refund. The company refuses to provide there shipping address and instead asks me if I want to make another purchase. The compny uses stalling tatics and refused to follow there return policy. I believe this is a SCAM company.

Follow-up - after posting my response regarding my issue, the company reached out and provided a refund.

No way to return my too small item

I am trying to return an item that is too small. I believe the wrong size was sent. There is no place on my order form to return or even contact support. Very bad company.

Do NOT purchase from this company

Do NOT purchase from this company. I ordered 3 dresses in December and didn’t receive any of them in time for my 50th birthday on February 6th. They have been less than cooperative returning the dress that I received late; asking me to pay for shipping fees and that I will not receive a full refund.
This experience has been a nightmare and urge everyone to stay away from this company.

I will NEVER EVER order from this…

I will NEVER EVER order from this company again!!! I do not recommend at all!!! I ordered 4 items and two of them didn’t fit at all even though I ordered according to the size chart, and the one special dress that I really wanted never arrived. Quality and sizing are inconsistent and the quality of the two garments that didn’t fit was terrible-super cheap looking and didn’t look like the website photos. Do NOT order from here unless you are sure about the sizing and quality because they do everything in their power to keep you from getting your money back! The item that wasn’t delivered because it was out of stock took at least 6 email exchanges to get a refund. Each email tried to offer an exchange with a discount code despite the 6x I replied no, no, no, I just want a refund! There shouldnt be any questions asked when requesting a refund for an item never received. Update: They did not refund the full amount of the item not received and now I have to send more emails. You can tell from the reply that it’s just another automated response. 😡 You can’t talk to a human or even chat online with a human - it’s all via email. You have to pay shipping and any international levies along with customs clearance because you have to ship it back to China. This brings me to my last gripe that the shipping notifications didn’t work at all and took about 3 weeks to deliver!!! For the items that I wanted to return, they wanted me to give them all my measurements and tell them exactly what didn’t fit and asked for all kinds of information and again, tried to make offers to try to get you to do an exchange rather than a refund. HORRIBLE customer service.

Super fantastic served . Wow I can’t praise this company enough

Wow I can’t praise this company enough. I purchased a gorgeous dress and it was too small . I emailed to ask to exchange it for a larger size and they were so kind to send the larger size immediately without returning the other dress . I emailed them and said how much I appreciated their wonderful service, you don’t get service like this anywhere else. I’m so so happy .

100% recommend

I was first very impressed by Oyrosy’s unique styles, and ordered one dress. While I loved the style and the material, it didn’t quite fit right. I was helped through the process of exchange by attentive customer service representatives and received another, beautiful dress, that is of an equally unique style, beautiful material, and quality craftsmanship.

Would never purchase from them again

The dress I ordered did not come as described and was very poor quality. The seems were misaligned. The sizing was very inaccurate. The dress was shipped from Ontario, Canada. The pricing was in US dollars. And my instructions to return the product was an address in China to an Individual person not a company. It is very costly to ship from Canada. I will most likely just pay the cost to have the alterations done rather than spend the money to ship to China. I also suspect that my refund would also be very difficult to pursue. Very unprofessional standards. I have since been contacted regarding my concerns…however their FREE Reference was not acknowledged… I asked they offered free replacement replacement , shipping? … after five days I still don’t understand whether that’s free shipping or a free return or a free garment or what they will do to try to rectify the horrible product to the forwarded to me. I guess dealing with people that speak English or understand the English language would be foremost on my next purchase.
