Very bad experience ( Not Recommended )

Very bad experience, they asked the list of personal information which not make the sense then , wait for KYC verification blah blah, it like we are going to open any bank account.

Me han estafado

Me han estafado, los proxy no funcionan

Edito: gracias a que he pagado con paypal he reclamado a paypal y me han devuelto mi dinero. No recomiendo hablar con atención al cliente porque os dirán que no tenéis derecho a reembolso cuando estáis en todo tu derecho ante un servicio tan lamentable. Podéis contactar a paypal y al cabo de los días os lo devuelven.

Edit: thanks to the fact that he paid with Paypal, he complained to Paypal and they returned my money. I do not recommend talking to customer service because they will tell you that you do not have the right to a refund when you have every right to face such a regrettable service. You can contact Paypal and after a few days they will return it to you.

Service does not work

Service does not work, you can't get a refund even if you haven't used a single byte out of the service. Service often gets blocked by regular things which it claims it bypasses and that it's used for...

Contacted support, solution was not provided and refund was denied on ACCIDENTAL rebill next month and immediate ask of refund (no data usage). CANCEL YOUR RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS!

On the 11 Jan 2025 I bought from them…

On the 11 Jan 2025 I bought from them 10 IP address they say it's residential but is not it's shared bad proxies, a day after I asked for refund, but they didn't refund me and there policies says I can get refund in 3 days, but they didn't, I don't recommend them if you're looking for a real residential proxy

I didn’t know how to set up a mobile…

I didn’t know how to set up a mobile proxy and felt a bit lost, but within 10 minutes, the Oxylabs support team walked me through the entire process step by step. They were super patient and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

Their quick response and expertise saved me so much time and frustration. I honestly didn’t expect such a smooth experience, but they really went above and beyond. Huge thanks to the support team for making it so simple!

Be careful

Be careful, when you buy a proxy you subscribe to auto-renewal automatically, there is no option to buy for a month! When I tried to get my money back when I was charged again support says it's not possible! It's just mogenniki who write such rules in the “small print”.

500 pages to read + took my money

get a residential proxy for much more than i usually get them. not only was getting a generated proxy hard, it was nearly impossible with the process oxy integrates. usually i enter info, get my socks 5 end of story. but instead i have to use my command center and read 500 PAGES just to try and figure out how to get a socks5 proxy. even after that adspower said it failed to test. took my money and left.

Oxylabs straight up scammed me

Oxylabs straight up scammed me. They took money from me, refused to provide any service, and refused to refund the money.

Really, there isn't much more to the story. They blocked me from using the service right after the payment (before I got to try the service even once). When I contacted them, they refused to provide the service or provide a refund.

Oxylabs: "We are contacting you in regards to your refund request. Our compliance team has reviewed the situation further, and decided to decline the request. Let us sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this."

When I opened a case on Paypal, Paypal refunded me immediately. I've actually never seen Paypal process a case that quickly, so I assume it's because Oxylabs has a bad track record.

Edit after Oxylabs' response on my review:
It really irks me that they are telling me to contact their support again because I have already talked to them both via the support email and the chat system. I was told, multiple times, that they will not refund my money and not provide any service. I fully stand by my review that they illegally scammed me.
