They are pure scammers almost all sites are restricted from access using there proxy and when you ask for refund they will deny it even when no data is used. I have to make a charge back from my bank due to this. Do not buy.

Concerning Billing Practices and Customer Service Issues with OxyLabs Proxy Service
Our experience with OxyLabs spans approximately one year of using their web unblocking service. While the service initially performed adequately, a recent incident has severely damaged our trust in their business practices and customer service.
The critical issue arose when their unblocker stopped working for one of our target sites. Instead of implementing a proper fix, OxyLabs' technical team made changes that dramatically increased our traffic usage by 30 times - escalating our daily costs from approximately $50 to over $1,500. The most concerning aspect wasn't just the technical misstep, but their subsequent handling of the situation.
When confronted with this issue, OxyLabs:
- Proceeded to bill us for the excessive usage without warning
- Refused to acknowledge their responsibility in causing the spike
- Only removed their "fix" after we disputed the extraordinary invoice
- Demonstrated no willingness to resolve the billing dispute fairly
Despite escalating this matter to their Head of Account Management, Migle, we encountered rigid resistance and a complete unwillingness to acknowledge their role in the incident. This response is particularly disappointing from a service provider handling five-figure annual contracts.
What makes this situation especially problematic:
- The traffic increase was caused by their technical team's unnecessary "fix"
- There was no proactive notification about the massive usage spike
- Our usage immediately returned to normal levels once they removed their changes
- They showed no flexibility or accountability in resolving the billing dispute
As a premium proxy provider, OxyLabs' conduct falls well below industry standards for customer service and technical support. Their actions suggest a concerning prioritization of short-term revenue over customer relationships and ethical business practices.
Recommendation: Organizations seeking proxy services should consider alternative providers who demonstrate greater commitment to customer service, transparent billing practices, and professional issue resolution. Despite adequate technical capabilities, OxyLabs' business practices make them a risky choice for mission-critical services.

Edit after 1 month of testing:
The most awkward proxy I have ever used in my entire life. It gets disconnected every 5 minutes, has extremely high ping (even though I used it in a neighboring country), and you CAN’T get new IPs if yours are laggy or don’t work—you have to pay $10 more. Don’t WASTE your money here. Use Bright Data or IPRoyal instead. This proxies are TRASH.

Initially Frustrating, but Resolved After Persistence
My experience with Oxylabs started off frustrating due to an unwanted subscription renewal and a strict refund policy. I was charged for two months despite not using the service, and when I initially requested a refund within their stated three-day window, I was told it wasn’t possible.
Customer service was rigid at first, sticking to their Terms of Service without much flexibility. However, after persistent follow-ups, they eventually agreed to issue a refund, which I appreciate.
