Oxygen property management have been outstanding in helping me deal with the two properties I own. Nothing is too much bother, they keep me informed of any issues arising and are very professional in their business dealings

She was so kind, helpful, informative, and patient when the other potential tenant and I nerded out while about talking about our studies. We absolutely fell in love with the property and cross our fingers that we can become tenants. Thank you to Nicole for your kindness and professionalism.

I had Aileen as my property manager, right from the start she was great, easy to talk too, quick to handle anything I needed in regards to the property, great systems in place to log jobs that were required, great communication, Upon finishing up my tenancy with Oxygen, they were quick to finalise all details and get my bond paid back to me.
Great experience and I definitely recommend Oxygen and Aileen.

Oxygen are easy to deal with and hassle free. They found us quality tenants and secured a very good rent agreement. It is great having that peace of mind knowing our property will be well looked after.

Willie and his team are really helpful, available 24/7 for everything. Extremely good in communication and organising the repairs and viewing.

Oxygen Management Ltd has great people within this organisation. Leanne Phillips (our property manager) and the tradespeople who have been sent to fix or maintain our whare in Pirimai have always been approachable and transparent. Leanne has always responded to our calls and queries to do with our whare. She is always respectful and forward-thinking in terms of what our needs have been since living in our whare. We will miss her support and our conversations as our whanau are relocating to Wairoa to live and work. We wish Leanne and Oxygen Management Ltd all the best and highly recommend her and the company to anyone that is interested in dealing with Oxygen Management Ltd.

Having Binnie Baria as iur property manager is really amazing. She is very friendly, responsible, and quick to respond. From very beginning of our stay, she had helped us a lot. We faced few maintenance issues during our stay here, but she acred quickly to solve it.

Leeanne from hastings is the best property manager Ive ever had always happy makes you feel very comfortable when doing inspections. You never feel nervous to call with a problem and she always gets jobs done when needed and follows up to make sure the jobs have been done

What can I say, Leanne Phillips is a fantastic & on to it property manager.
Keeps it real and professional and is very understanding, always does what's expected and super quick to get onto things that may need some attention she's given me a few good tips.
Kids enjoy her visits too, I think it's nice to have good relationship between tenants and property manager aswell as landlord it just makes things the more easier.
