While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

500 months +5% from your sales for nothing

I have serious concerns about how this company handles restaurant data.

Based on my experience, there appears to be no real respect for data privacy. Sales information and business performance details are treated very casually, and there is a clear willingness to share or reference other restaurants’ data to convince new restaurants to sign contracts.

For any restaurant owner, this should be a major red flag.

Sales data, revenue numbers, and operational details are extremely sensitive, and no platform should ever use that information—directly or indirectly—as a sales tool. Trust is everything in this industry, and once data privacy is compromised, that trust is gone.

This is one of the worst practices I’ve seen in a restaurant tech company. If you care about protecting your business information, your numbers, and your competitive position, I strongly recommend thinking twice before working with this platform.

Restaurants deserve transparency, professionalism, and strict data protection standards. Unfortunately, this company does not meet those expectations.
