I’ve honestly had a really good experience with OVH. Everything just works the way you expect it to, it’s stable, fast, and I haven’t had any annoying issues so far.

What I appreciate the most is the support. Whenever I needed help, the team was quick to respond and actually helpful, not just sending generic answers. You can tell they care about solving your problem properly.

Overall, I’m really happy with OVH and can definitely recommend it.

I ordered a KS-5 dedicated server and it was delivered in minutes. The control panel is clean and easy to use. Good value for the price with solid hardware. Recommended for developers who need reliable infrastructure at an affordable cost.

Support was super fast, I had an issue with paying one of my invoices (turns out I got the conversion rate wrong) but the support lady waited for me to properly pay, waited for the services to become active again!

A great option if you are looking for a budget solution. However, all the IPs I've tried are blocked by Hotmail/Outlook. The network setup is also a bit non-standard and requires some extra configuration.

The ECO servers in the Kimsufi range allow you to order additional IPv4 addresses, but you are stuck with only one (!) IPv6 address. This is a huge drawback in 2026 when other providers routinely offer a /64 or more.

Aside from the IPv6 issues on the new Kimsufi range, my So You Start (SYS) server has been running without problems for years.

Today I am also pleased with the resolution with a billing issue I've had, ticket CS15359838. The agent was understanding of my situation, and the solution provided was satisfactory.

Prices are extra perfect, high-quality servers, which i use since 2021.

Compared to many other providers, OVH manages to keep costs reasonable without cutting corners on hardware or network reliability. For long-term projects, that balance really matters.

Of course, OVH isn’t a one-click, beginner-friendly platform — it’s much more suited for users who are comfortable managing servers themselves. But if you know what you’re doing, it gives you a lot of control and flexibility.

In short: reliable infrastructure, fair pricing, and a solid choice for developers and sysadmins who want stability over hype.

Wouldn't say the same if you are not professional and don't know what you are doing.

I've been trying to register a domain for 4 days now with problems, and they cant escalate the problem and wont cancel the order.

Dont follow eu regulations/directive like 2011/83/EU or EU 2019/771.

I have used OVH for a long time (+6 years) to different web-projects. I like them but the support process and the support time too solution are appealing low quality and long.

I don't know what happen but my account was redirect to other OVH REGION then i could not login anymore

Avoid this provider. My first two orders were canceled after payment due to "stock issues." The third took four days to set up, only appearing once I threatened a refund.

Within 48 hours of hosting a secure, audited application, they suspended my VPS for "abnormal activity." The logs suggest a UDP flood on a port I don't use, meaning I was likely attacked, but the provider chose to shut me down rather than investigate or mitigate. The server has been offline for two days with no updates. Poor security, poor communication, and zero investigation.
