If I could enter a negative number I would. I placed an order on September 5th and still have not received it. I have emailed several times, attempted to use the live chat and left several voicemail message with no acknowledgement. I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow to try and get my money back. I really tried to give company a chance.

The tag and print was considerably smaller than showed on site, also the color was already beginning to rub off and print was barely legible. Also they didn't provide enough space to add that my dog was microchipped. Very dissatisfied, I am going to have to order a new tag from a different site.
