Not impressed booked for 13.30 today for oven and extractor clean and no one’s turned has turned up or called messaged or cancelled, not impressed at all .
This is after them cancelling last week too , beware do not book this company!!

Extremely impressed with the results and all done in around one hour. Oven looks brand new!

Brilliant! What’s fantastic service from beginning to end. Great advice on the phone regarding which service we should book to get the best price. Brilliant customer service and communication via what’s app. On the day Terry arrived, on time, what a lovely man. He got straight to work and my husband and I chatted with him as he worked. We were in stitches laughing, Terry is full of beans and he is so warm and funny and had some great stories to share. 🤣
The overs, 3 in total looked like new when he was finish. We were very impressed. It was a real pleasure spending time with Terry and getting to know him. Fabulous company, and our ovens all look sparkly and new.. thank u very much Jane and Rob

Terry was cheerful, polite, explained all he was doing. The oven looked amazing, cleanest it has been. I was more than satisfied with the work, and would highly recommend this company. Keep up the good work!

Booked an oven clean TWICE! Both times text message to remind me of clean the next day. Both times phoned in mornings to cancel my appointments with an excuse. Presumably forgot he phoned the week before to cancel the previous one!

Cancelled on the day, after the scheduled appointment time, booked weeks in advance. Offered to come back after Christmas. Not impressed - won't be having them back. Complete waste of time and energy.

Ian and Jack were friendly and polite did a great job on my oven looks like new again , will definitely be using them again in future .

I'd love to show you my sparkling new oven but unfortunately you didn't turn up nor did anyone respond to my phone calls! I've had texts and emails reminding me all week that you were coming today between 11 and 1. Where were you?

Just didn't turn up. Don't take a day off and expect him to come. Try elsewhere.

As they are not happy with the review and say they were never booked....

He was on time
Was really friendly to my dog
Did a fantastic job cleaning my oven..... It looks like new.
I have used another company for the last couple of years..... last year I wasn't happy with the service or price, so this year I decided to try a new company. So pleased I did and will continue to use Oven Doctor ... so long as I can request Stewart.

Appointment was for the 16th jan at 10:30. That hadn’t arrived by 11:00. I rang and it went straight to voicemail. Left a massage but no reply. They didn’t turn up. No apology, nothing. I found another company

Fantastic service.

Ian was running early so arrived before time which was great. He was very considerate of my little boy being asleep and made little noise. The oven looks amazing and it wasn't in a great condition after 5 years of use with minimal effective cleaning. I am super impressed and will definitely use again. Thanks Ian and Jack

I will repeat what I said in my review on a different platform.
Ian, said, on arrival: ‘it will look like new when we have finished’! Guess what?
It looked like new when they had finished!
Can’t get better than that!
On time, respectful of surroundings and sociable.
Would totally recommend their service to anyone.
I would certainly use them again…if I can get myself to use my new oven.

Having read the previous reviews I'm suprised I had a different experience. I booked the Oven Cleaning Doctor to come out mid week through their website. Running up to the day I got numerous reminders until the day itself, when nobody turned up at all! I was in all day, they definitely didn't turn up. I didn't receive any explanation through email or phone. Eventually I called and left a message on their phone but I did not receive any reply or explanation. Very disappointing considering all the rave reviews.

Ian called to-day and did an absolutely brilliant job. The oven is like new. Also a very pleasant man to deal with.
We would highly recommend this service, you will not be disappointed.
