Mona was courteous and patient with all my concerns- she made it clear to me that no questions was insignificant and explained the entire Ovation process thoroughly. She even searched for any loop holes after we ended our call & verified the information with me-she really cares about the client!!

We had the privilege of working with Elda Garza/Ovation Tax Group. Although slightly pricey, it was worth every dollar, as it gave us peace of mind, knowing that we were being correctly represented to the IRS. Our taxes have been resolved and Elda has held our hand through the process and with her assurance and experience, we really felt taken care of! Thank you ever so much!!!

To say that this was a great experience is an understatement! From the very beginning with Trent Morgan to Terri Carr, Demetrios Charalambous, Alan Becker I felt very secure with me decision to go with Ovation. MONA YAZDAN was nice but a bit hard for me to understand since I am a white folk from west central MN and do not do well with accents.

I am totally satisfied with Ovation's preparation of our taxes. Mona Yazden explained things carefully and answered all the questions I had. Our phone appointment gave me the reassurance I needed to file.

I called in today and spoke to John Paul and one of their lawyers. They called the IRS to see if they could help me get penalties waved for years taxes were filed late due to Helene. They spent over two hours on the phone with the IRS with me on the line so they invested a significant amount of time into trying to help me. When they realized that my situation was more complex they told me honestly that they would not be able to help me (vs dragging things on or charging me for the time they spent making this assessment). Refreshingly honest. Based on that I would absolutely recommend them. That said I’m going to have to file a letter for consideration and hope for the best. Thank you again for all of your time!

So far my experience with Rohit Puri with Ovation Tax Group has been very good. He is kind, polite, professional and knowledgeable. He is doing our 25 taxes and then reviewing our 23 & 24 taxes next. If the rest of my experience with him is the same as it has been so far I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Rohit.

I would rate this lower if I could. Would not recommend using this service. Poor communication for the entire duration. They will not schedule a time to talk; they call at random times so if you miss the call, its two days until you get another call. No emails and they don't provide any updates.

There are 2 things I would expect from a legal team. That they are quick and produce results. Kristine Ciccone was both of these and more with my state tax issue, providing me with a reinstatement of a dropped payment plan within hours.

Rohit Puri, one of Tax Preparers here at Ovation Tax Group, completed the documentation thoughtfully and carefully. Unlike the previous tax group that I used, communication was efficient, they closed the loop frequently to make sure nothing had been missed, and the responses were timely and complete in the accuracy of the answers. It does help when you have Tax Lawyers inviolved in every step of the process. Recommend without any reservation.

Keith Johnson was very professional and helpful with my tax situation. He was sincere about my concerns and advised me in the right direction. Did not ask for any fee for his time into looking at my tax issues. I would recommend Keith Johnson to anyone looking for tax resolution.

This company got me out of a horrible situation with my 2024 taxes. Things were not going too smoothly in my eyes because each month passing by costed me more money from penalties and interest. I had words with several individuals of the firm that wasn`t pretty. Fortunately Michael Howitt took over my case and miraculously saved me from my nightmare. I would recommend this company 100%

Ovation Tax Group charged me $5,000 up front and immediately became unreachable. I called within 3 days of this payment cancelling their services and left multiple messages with no return calls. If you have tax issues, you should run as fast as you can in the other direction. Their goal seems to be just taking more of your money.

We had an extremely negative experience with Ovation Tax Group and strongly urge others to proceed with caution.

We paid this company $9,500 in full on November 15th after being promised they would resolve our business and personal tax issues. From day one, we did everything asked of us—submitting every required document promptly and, in many cases, multiple times. Despite this, we were repeatedly told they “never received” our documents, even though we have clear proof of submission.

Months went by with little to no progress on our case. We had to chase them down for updates, and communication was consistently poor. When we finally demanded answers, we received a call that felt more like gaslighting than customer service—deflecting responsibility instead of addressing the complete lack of results.

This company made big promises upfront, collected a large payment, and failed to deliver on even the most basic expectations. At no point did we see meaningful action taken on our behalf.

We have since hired an attorney to pursue recovery of the $9,500 we paid, and we have also filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Based on our experience, we believe this company operates on misleading claims and lack of follow-through. We would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice before trusting them with your money or your tax situation.

From the first minute I call and spoke to them they took action, call IRS they got our records took our case signed papers pay the fees and they kept in contact, requested all necessary paperwork and they got to work on our case , attorney Samira Mahzad was in charge and she kept and advised as all the way ,she got the best results we can asked from IRS and she started immediately working on the state issue. Kristine Ciccone work on our case for the state of ca taxes case and she was Apple to reduce our monthly payment by 75% because of our financial situation. I can’t thank them enough for the amount of help my family received from them . For sure is a lot of people in this office I have to thank I spoken to them in the last few months that they took statements and received our records and work on our file.
