I had a broken USB Flash drive with some important documents inside. To further complicate things, there was an area of encryption. Outsource Data Recovery was able to safely recover all of the data. I recommend their service without reservation.

Horrible communication. They do not reply to emails. They do not deliver on time. They finish later than promised. They charge exorbitant prices. They claim to be the most cost effective solution, however they hold your files hostage until you pay their ransom demand. Completely dishonest. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!

When I dropped my laptop and damaged my flash-drive, I was afraid that I had lost the data forever. Irreplaceable family videos were on a completely dead, very old hard drive. I looked for recovery companies online and Outsource had positive reviews and I decided to give them a try. They tried to repair the drive but without success. They said that they could try and recover data and I had them go ahead, although it would not be inexpensive.

I just received the new hard drive where they loaded the recovered files. Everything is there and, watching some videos that I haven't seen for probably 15 years, I consider the price paid to be one of the best purchases that I have ever made. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them most highly.

my son sent in a hard drive we had trouble and they said it was "ZERO" fees to dignose. Then it changed to 99 dollars to just diagnose. He misunderstood that it was 99 dollars to fix it and then approved it not knowing it was only to open it up. Then when he found out it was not what he thought, he tried to contact them right away because of the confusion and then asked for refund and return the drive back but then they refused to do that and said he had approved it. But they did not disclose that it was only to open the drive. Very misleading and not honest and I tried to contact them to come up with resolution but it was denied. Excellent friendly professional service, were able to recover my data from a failed HD. From the time I shipped them the HD (and replacement new HD) to receiving my data back was ~2 wks.

Outsource was able the recover my corrupted external hard drive and restore all the directory structure and files.

Data was recovered but was extremely expensive. I payed $299 and that didn't even cover the shippment back of my flashdrive. It cost an additiinal 40$ for my flashdrive back. The advertisemwnt sayed $60. Good people. But they charge alot for most. My sugfestion is don't look at adds, look or scroll down for a more reasonable pricing or continue scrollling. They charge way too high.

I accidentally erased over a decade's with of photos from an external hard drive. Outsource was quick in their response and was able to get all of my files back quicker than expected. Very reasonable price, too! I couldn't be happier!
