Avoid this utter useless email provider…

Avoid this utter useless email provider - reset my password on my laptop, my phone doesn't recognise it, now I'm locked out of two accounts which I have had since I was a teenager, each is linked to the other for resetting passwords, each tell me my password is wrong or I have tried to sign in to many times, I only reset the password on one account who who the hell knows why two of them aren't working now. ZERO customer service, so don't even waste your time trying, who knows if ill ever be able to get into my main account again. USELESS!!!!!!!!!!

Outlook sucks

I've been using outlook desktop for over 30 years. Since syncing with other devices was introduced, it has been nothing but problems, resulting in missing emails, emails briefly appearing and immediately disappear and nowhere to be found, hours spent trying to learn how to solve the issues, money spent on 3rd party apps for resolving certain condition created by the problems and lack of support (Specifically live).
So, bottom line, I'm switching to Gmail.

Just use Gmail.

Awful service. When it does work it bombards you with a ridiculous amount of pop-ups every time you try to read an email. Very annoying and genuinely detrimental when it comes to time-sensitive tasks. Most recently though, due to the rising cost of storage, Microsoft have suddenly decided that my storage in now full and won't let me send any emails full stop. Preventing me from doing any work this morning I have now finally made the decision to switch to Gmail (like everybody else already has) and couldn't be happier.

I hate the new outlook SOOOOO much

I hate the new outlook SOOOOO much! Looks modern and everything but I can never find my emails when I search! Because it consolidates the most recent email in the thread and technically disables the rest of the emails. It really affects my work! Hate it so much!

I hate this system. I have to log in every 7 days, because it somehow looses access. Piece of garbage, and they forced me into it, I liked the old email app-

I tried retrieving me password from them.

I tried retrieving me password from outlook but to retrieve a form out which as top people you send emails too and top 3 subject title. I haven’t gone on over a year. There is no way I can do that as I can barely remember past stuff. They send it back if you can’t answer.i need it for Amazon where I am supposedly signed up with and paying $14.99 monthly plus I have another account. Obviously don’t need 2 account. Any thoughts go for it. I’m listening, thanks

Your job for today is to close your hotmail account. It's going to be your best decision.

We are out of here after an e-mail account got hacked. These things happen, the Bxxstxards are out there to get you but it is the total lack of support that knees you in the proverbials. There is a moral here only deal with a company that can offer more than a robot in response. That rules out a lot, google etc. I am now more than happy with my £10.00 a year for my private domain. You are an open target with a hotmail account.

Outlook, a Vehicle for Phishing and Spam

Continues to allow obvious phishing attempts and spam/junk email through, regardless of filters. Outlook has become a joke, running ads and superficial “improvements” (AKA noise) instead of providing a quality product or service.
Microsoft has become, irretrievably, a virus.

The Deception of Robot Vs Real Human as a method to gather human’s finger.

I am attempting to create an account and to create one they expect you to press a button to verify that you’re not a robot. I do not agree or like the idea that it is secretly collecting my data by biometrics with capturing my finger print. I do not use my face or fingerprint to be identified at all. I used every part of my finger and knuckle and it would not accept the caption until I placed my finger directly on the button.

I do not agree with these terms and do not agree with outlook monitoring me or using my fingerprint to monitor me. That is deceptive to express that its caption is to prevent fraud use of a robot!

Email service has been extremely unsafe…

Email service has been extremely unsafe for years. Gmail is so much better and Microsoft should be ashamed of how they've allowed constant hacking attacks onto many accounts I've made over the years, the info I've had stolen and how easy they get access even with 2FA. Either Microsoft can't defend against the constant hacking from Arabia and Russia or they are happy to let them get access to everything. Not once has this happened to my Gmail account. Microsoft has a lot to answer for

Extremely Poor Services

For the last year, they have blocked my hotmail 3 times for no reason. I managed to switch most of my important emails across to another company. They are shabby, do not have a customer services and keep testing account holders by blocking their account. It's unprofessional and this organisation is very provocative.
