Block emails

I don’t even know where to start, I have been blocking so many emails on outlook, it said click and block and you will never receive any more emails from that sender and nothing, I blocked and still receiving emails from the same ompang I blocked, I am wonder if outlook gets commission for every email I’ll we receive because this is too much and my apple phone I thought it was really smart cause I thought apple phone will not allow getting emails that I blocked but still getting this trash. I think that perhaps my better option will be in switching to another provider and when anyone ask if I have email I will say no email. This is driving me crazy

What a piece of garbage

What a piece of garbage! I've received the "You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect account or password" prompt and they blocked my account and now I can't even access to it even though I've been using it for over 8 years!!!!

ANYONE can literally abuse this failure of a security system and repeat it on other accounts!!!!!!!

FIX YOUR GOD DAMN SECURITY SYSTEM

Microsoft seem to be trying to get rid of Outlook and Hotmail users.

Almost every day when logging into my account, Microsoft states I have used the wrong password too many times. They are wrong. If I do not try to log in for a few days, the password works fine.
Microsoft's alternatives, of them sending a number link to a phone or to an alternative email address is both tedious and inconvenient.
I would like to think this is a hiccup that they will sort out, but I wonder if they want to get rid of accounts for which people are not paying. If so, they forget that users can also find alternatives to to their Windows products.

Signing in on Laptop

Always been able to login fine on my laptop, now all of sudden I cant get in because it keeps asking for a passkey??? I don't remember signing up to a passkey or have a clue what it is or how it works. Whats wrong with a good old password??? I can get in on my phone where it doesn't ask for a passkey. Why change something when its not broke. Now I have waste hours trying to work out how Im going to get into it?

update 19.05.26 still driving me mad!!! yesterday i changed my password on my laptop, now im trying to log it with the new password and it wont open and i get a message saying Its the wrong password and ''you have tried to many times'' this is the FIRST time I've tried the new one, how can be too many????. It then gives me other options but I don't want to spend ages getting into my emails!!!!!!!!!!!

Zero functionality

Unbelievable what their website has been doing. I've never set-up a pass code or finger print, yet it's asking me to do all that. It's showing the same password that allows me to log in sometimes, is now the wrong password. This is what greed and disorganized AI does to you. Might have to switch to another service.

One of the most based and reliable email clients

The title says it's all. I use Outlook for both personal and business purposes, and the Microsoft ecosystem adds significant value to my experience. While I understand why some people express dissatisfaction, it’s undeniable that Outlook stands out as one of the top players in the market.

Unbelievable

I was just in my deleted folder in the app. Click delete all. It's deleted over 800 emails from my inboxes! Fortunately I don't really use Outlook much any more...I just hope I never need any info from those emails it just deleted by itself

Terrible, just terrible.

Every time I try to log in, it brings me to the verification page for an account that I do not want to sign into. I cannot change the email and am stuck on the same screen.

Had my hotmail account for over 20…

Had my hotmail account for over 20 years. Very frustrating to use. have to keep changing my password. then it doesn't recognise the new password. 2 step verification never works and find myself doing the same thing repeatedly. Worse email platform ever. Going to move over to Gmail.

Such a big campany and such a bad app

Such a big campany and such a bad app. I upgraded storage and still can't send or receive mails. I've had this issue twice and the helpdesk does nothing. They are slow and are asking me to do the same things each time. I follow the steps, but nothing resolves the issue. This is just a sacm. You are better off opening a new account. I've sent screenshots and asked them multiple times to escalate it. They never do and it seems like they can't see the issue I'm having through the screenshots. Totally useless and really feel scammed. Never buying their storage again.
