Kept me up to date with emails - great communication- I skimmed through and was concerned half of my order wasn’t sent - sent a email off and someone contacted me. Put me at ease and did explain that the rest of the order is sent 2 days later in which it was. Overall happy with purchases and will order again.

good value for what I needed for my garden. Same product elsewhere was far more pricey.
Only suggestion I would give is that they use other than DHL for deliveries as I received an email to say items arriving on Monday, 13th April so I rearranged delivery for the 14th and received confirmation that items would arrive between 16.30-17.30 0 - now show. . Sat waiting and then got an email to say items had been received at delivery depot at 18.00????? Items were eventually delivered on 15th at 16.00. So again, items were exactly what I needed at a good price but please use another delivery service!

I was advised the item would be delivered on Thursday so made arrangements to be home. Thursday morning I was advised the parcel had been delayed. It wasn't until late in the day that I was told it would be Friday before it was delivered. I then had to make arrangements for it to be delivered on Monday.
Monday mid morning I was given a time slot for the afternoon. In total I spent two days waiting for it to arrive. There was not option to leave the parcel in a safe place, I had to be home to receive it.

Does the job but could be a lot better , ok if you're garden is square as you can only bend them one way due to shape of planks , if they were tapered edge they would bend both ways , had to remove one and make it smaller to allow fence to follow shape of garden , screws holding planks to flexible strip come loose when hammering it into ground , 2 planks were split where screws were but had extra so managed . Looks good when finished but you need to take care getting sections lined up , not sure how long it will last but works for now . Expensive for what is a flawed product .

The wooden trug was not pre drilled in the correct places. It did not fit together properly and had to be adjusted in order to allow the cold frame to be attached.

£30 combat boots have lasted all of 6 weeks and the heel has completely given out!!! Poor quality
