The wooden trug was not pre drilled in the correct places. It did not fit together properly and had to be adjusted in order to allow the cold frame to be attached.

£30 combat boots have lasted all of 6 weeks and the heel has completely given out!!! Poor quality

I would not order from these unless you have seen the product separately and know what you are buying, as item I have received is not described and told buyer suffers return cost. Item was vacuum packed and had to open the plastic to see the inside material of caravan cover and there is no way I can fit back in original packaging. No phone number to speak to anyone and all correspondence purely by email.

I would love to provide a better score but I still haven't received it.

A really good potting bench, I was surprised at the quality for such a cheap price, so easy to put together, the table is very strong and sturdy, I am well pleased.

Still not received item despite contacting DHL & Outdoor Value. It has been over a week now since they stated it had been delivered.

Garden bench was delivered with In a day or two but washers were missing. Legs did not have the holes drilled in them for the screws and two sets of pieces were identical when the instructions showed them to be slightly different. Instructions advised put together in 10 minutes but it took nearly 2 hours as we had to drill the holes ourselves. Would have sent back for refund but we desperately needed it for a party and would not have been able to get another one in time.
