Barbour zipped jumper
I bought my wife a Barbour zipped jumper which was at a very good price it arrived quickly and well packed unfortunately my wife didn’t like the large cuffs so I returned it with the pre paid shipping and got a refund which was dealt with in a timely manner,the company kept me appraised on what was happening I will definitely use these guys again Top service and prices .

We had a problem with Royal Mail messing with the delivery. Spoke with Jack at outdoor and country who chased it up and the parcel was delivered that night. Excellent service from Outdoor and Country especially Jack. Thankyou

Have used Outdoor and country a couple of times now and the service is extremely good, the most recent occasion I placed an incorrect order and was able to ring up and amend it the next day, the gentleman I spoke to (Jack) was excellent. I would definitely recommend O&C 👍

I had a problem with delivery to the wrong address. Customer service were right on it very efficient and helpful .
They also were extremely responsive on another matter relating to an order .

Company operates under .ie (Irish website) and in € currency under false pretences, it is not an Irish website and there is a huge customs charge on receiving the order.
Not acceptable and when phoned for advice - they advised to refuse delivery with DHL which was not an option on the portal.
Very unhappy customer.

Received my return and processed the exchange the same day, extremely easy to deal with either on the phone or by email and the original order arrived earlier than expected. The only drawback is that the order needs to be signed for!
Impeccable customer service
Purchased for the first time from Outdoor & Country and I could not be happier with the service and products received.
I'd been looking online at a two Barbour products; both of which were cheaper on a different website by 20% due to a promotional offer. I contacted Outdoor and Country to check if they would honour the price as part of their Price Match. Less than 24 hours after my initial contact, Lucy responded to inform me that they could offer a price match but I would need to call them to do this.
I called the number provided and Jack helped me to place the order. He was able to locate my email and set up an account for me. I received a confirmation email as soon as the order was placed.
The order was delivered 5 days after the order was placed and, there was no delivery fee for this service - a huge advantage over other competitors who are charging for delivery. My only complaint (if you could call it that) would be that the packaging didn't reflect the value paid for the products.
Having never shopped with Outdoor and Country before, I was really pleased with how personal the interactions were. I really felt like a valued customer and not just number.
If you're thinking of purchasing, do check if there is a Price Match to be had. I saved myself 20% from a simple email and call :)

Wellie Demi Gods
So, Parcel Force decided my new wellies would be happier living in a random wheelie bin on a random street. 🫠
After getting nowhere with them (unless you count mild rage after being on hold for 2 hours for their office to then close as progress), I reached out to Outdoor and Country, and thank the Wellie gods for Lucy and Lauren in their customer service team!
They swooped in like Wellie Demi Gods of the customer service variety, they tracked down the mystery of the missing bin-boots, confirmed the delivery mishap, and immediately arranged a replacement pair.
Everything arrived perfectly this time, and the price was great too.

French living in France, I ordered from this UK website to get a new Barbour Jacket. A very large choice. The website was very clear about international shipping fees including custom taxes, about amount and processes. I received my item very quickly. I recently purchased a pair of Harkila boots from Outdoor & Country. Within two months, a steel lace on one of the boots unfortunately failed. Upon contacting the retailer, they promptly arranged for the boots' return. Throughout the process, I received consistent updates, and the repaired boots were subsequently returned to me. The customer service experience was exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend Outdoor & Country. I am extremely satisfied and intend to continue utilizing their services for future purchases.
