I called it to collect a hat I had ordered, the sales person suggested trying it on and another size to make sure it was the correct fit. They were very considerate, attentive and thoughtful, fantastic customer service. Many thanks to your lovely team.
Review of Goldsmiths
Goldsmiths service was good, DPD Delivery let it down, they left early for the original drop, then got the wrong address and we had to give chase in the car to retrieve the package. Will not order from anyone using DPD again
