Support team has been quick and friendly when I wanted to cancel by subscription and was wrongly upgraded to a higher package than I wanted to.

If any person want to return his all money he pay ;you must help him to return this money to his bank account;You should also ask him before subscribing to your account.

I was scammed. I clicked on an advertisement on social media, intending to buy something, but it redirected me to a completely random website. I still didn’t realize it was a fraudulent scheme and entered my card details. After that, they started charging me constantly. I kindly request a refund.

The answer to my request has been answered in a very responsible and prompt way!

I was intrigued by the initial gift with purchase but was uninterested in the membership program and fees involved in that… I am happy that the company responded immediately to my cancel request. I also am not pleased that initially my payment said it did not go through only to find out it had. I actually thought it was cancelled before it started.
